These hearing aids work great. I’m stating this less than 24 hours after receipt. I have blown a lot of money on “amplifiers”. These are NOT amplifiers. Read the manual and follow easy to understand instructions. I experimented with different size domes to prevent feedback. Once done no problem. There are several size domes included. Thus is #7 of the hearing devices I have tried. With that being said, these have worked way better than any of the rest. They fit well, the first day was good in the way of comfort, however, the 2nd day my ear was a bit sore which is to be expected. Overall I give 5 stars
