  • Best I have used so far
This is by far the best cleaning solution for my custom loop I have used. My system had a small amount of growth and buildup in the CPU mono block. It was almost completely blocked up after almost 2 years of use. (Yes I know. I should never have let a loop go that long. But after about 2 hours this started to help the flow and after the full 24 hours of running there was very little buildup still stuck in the fins. I highly recommend this product. Just make sure you fully flush out the system. ... show more

  • It worked for me.
I didn't really have any serious stains that I needed to remove, or if I even needed it at all, but I used it. I replaced my waterblock and radiator, but kept some existing components. I disassembled the waterblock and cleaned it. Then I used Primochill Rad Clean on the new radiator and flushed it well. I then reassembled everything and ran System Reboot through the system for over a week with method two (Use the entire concentrate in the loop). After draining and flushing System Reboot, I tore down the loop and cleaned the tubing with a test tube brush and it actually looked pretty good. (There was some algae stuck up in the tubes for several years that I never really got around to removing.) So yeah, I think it worked. I'm now using Liquid Utopia and will probably write a review on the in the future. ... show more

  • Regular maintenance
If you use this for regular maintenance, I think it should work well. On a system I had running for a year with orange dye, I finished two bottles following all instructions, but still ended up disassembling the loop to manually wipe the stuck dye off the blocks. I also had to use hot water and vinegar on my radiators and still saw a lot of orange come out. Morals of the story: don't use bad dye (or any at all), do maintenance more often. This product works for normal use and regular maintenance. It is by no means a miracle solution. ... show more

  • Use method 2 for results.
Like anybody I bought this with low expectations. But it worked great when I used "method #2" for cleaning. They list it on their website but not on the bottle. That's fine it's a small bottle. Method 2 pretty much consisted of me dumping the whole bottle into the loop. Method 1 has you mix it into a gallon of water then fill your loop with the mix. My results where good with method 2. Ran for 48 hours, took a lot of staining off the blocks and res. It did ok the tubeing, without some decently toxic chemicals pulling stains out of tube completely is unlikely. For $5 I think it's totally worth it. Many people I'm sure overlook method #2 because they are not aware of it, and they may be the reasons for some lesser reviews. ... show more

  • It’s OKAY
If your system has significant dye /particles from last coolant recommend spending the extra money for the ekwb superflush & cleaner combo . Ran this and it cleaned loop (as far as junk from radiator ) but the ekwb has cleaned significantly more dye from loop after running both for a 24 hour period (with flushing in between ) ... show more

  • Works good enough...
This isn't no PTNuke by any means... but it does do a good job of cleaning. Following the instructions it says to dump the bottle into your liquid cooling loop, and wait 24 hours. After about 16 hours later, the water in the loop has gotten a little murky from what i assume is some kind of schmoots inside of the loop. I've used this stuff previously from microcenter, it still does a good job. Be warned - there might still be stuff coming out of it even after cleaning and flushing. ... show more

  • Works as advertised.
Method 2, the method of cleaning all the reviewers recommend is printed on the bottle. Disregard the info on Amazon (Method 1) if you need some heavy cleaning. This product worked well to clear up stains/corrosion products in my CPU block and reservoir. I have a filter inline with my pump and the stuff I removed from that thing! Gross! It didn't take long for the product to work (a couple hours) but I let it run in my system for 24 hours while performing leak checks. ... show more
