The item description said it was brand new. Upon opening the box, I noticed it had been used, the elevation knob is scratched which evidences previous usage.

    • I love it but…
I have only been shooting at a 100 yards and it holds zero. It is durable but the optic has a tendency to go on and off from the recoil of the ak. It’s not that huge a deal since it still works without power. The reticle is etched onto the glass. I contacted PA and they are sending a new battery cap but I don’t think it is going to fix the problem. It hold zero great but I don’t know how I am going to fix the loose dial. If I send it back and they send another one I am going to have to re-zero it. I love it but it shouldn’t turn on and off when shooting. It is a good optic. Might have to tape the dial ... show more

    • I bought two of these. The 300 blackout version is very blurry.
I bought two of these based on the weight and product specs. .308 reticle is clear. .300 blackout has a very blurry reticle. Quality control must be lacking despite this being a new production run. I expected better QC from Primary Arms. I'll update if they exchange or refund. I am happy with the .308 version. I have green illumination on both sights I ordered. ... show more
