This is an all in one woman's vitamin. They don't have an bad taste and are easy to take. It is hard to judge the immediate effects but I have been taking them over the past month without any issues.

I was overwhelmed when I opened this bottle of vitamins by the gagging stench! Something between a wet diaper and raw poultry gone bad. I wish I could return the bottle. However there is a No Retun Policy. SO YOU ARE FOREWARNED!
