They are perfect! Love the color. Easy to assemble. I don’t know why the other reviews say it’s hard. I built both in less then 10 minutes. Size is perfect! It’s comfortable a little stiff but it’s new so it will loosen up after use.

I bought the 2 pack of chairs one was very easy to assemble, the second one was impossible to assemble! I emailed them, explained the problem and the solution. They wanted pictures, I sent them pictures, then they wanted a video. The part only cost about $3.00. However after all that they did take care of me. Nice, sturdy chair and a good size. It's a little shorter than I expected but my 6ft boys sit in it comfortably. I gave it 4 stars because of the difficulty we had putting it together. It does take two people. Customer service was excellent to work with and determined to help us.

The chairs were sturdy, fabric was as stated and they look great! They were a little smaller than expected but still comfy. Assembly was a freaking nightmare until we tried it differently than what the pictures showed. After hours of trying to get the back piece to slide in and being unsuccessful, we took the legs off and it slid in perfectly. These chairs can be assembled easily with one person but DON’T PUT THE LEGS ON UNTIL THE BACK IS IN!!!!!!!!!!!!🙄 ... show more

The chairs were purchased for the bedroom. They are attractive, sturdy, and comfortable. These lovely chairs are ideal for watching TV or reading a book. My husband is enjoying his chair!

In a time where "customer service" is almost non-existent, Prilinex has remembered that the "customer comes first". Although the chairs we received arrived without any major issues, upon unpacking we were concerned about some blemishes including wavey lines on seat cushions and chair backs as well as compression marks elsewhere on the chairs. We contacted the seller as instructed in the documentation received with the furniture and we were surprised that a response was received almost immediately. The furniture was received during the week but assembly was attempted on the weekend. It seems the Prilinex folks take their business seriously and work almost 24/7 to be successful. Their attention to their business is working. In the response there was a genuine concern for the customer's value of their product. They wanted to make certain everything was just the way we (the customer) wanted it to be. They sent a video which provided methods to address most of our concerns. Judy, the customer service person we corresponded with, also added some specific ideas on how to resolve the issues. As it turns out, most of the blemishes were related to "compression packing" for shipment, and with a little patience and some hands-on manipulation, most of our concerns have been resolved. In the future, if I were looking for any furniture related items, I would certainly consider offerings from Prilinex; if not for the product themselves, then for the certainty that if there is a problem, it will be addressed and resolved to the customers satisfaction. A good, solid chair, at a reasonable price, backed by World Class Customer Service. Well Done and thank you. ... show more

Chair was easily assembled by just myself; good looking, very firm. One leg arrived damaged; customer service was quick to respond, very pleasant, immediately shipped replacement, and followed up with emails. Will definitely look for other products from this company.
