Assembly was a bit daunting but the end result was worth it. This wardrobe is beautiful and well built, definately worth the money. The only problem, it came missing pieces. Which of course was very disappointing. The hardware used to slide 1 of the drawers in and out wasn't included in the packaging. I've contacted the company and requested replacements today (June 4, 2020) hopefully they arrive soon. I will update my review with my customer service experience once I receive the parts or..... if it doesn't go well lol UPDATE: I requested the replacement part June 4th and received it June 15th. Requesting the part was simple and painless, I just filled out a request form on their website with the part number, quantity, and shipping info. I received a confirmation email the same day. It was a bit of a wait, longer than the company told me to expect in the confirmation email they sent, but with everything going on in the world lately I figure a small delay isn't a big deal. Now that I've been able to finish putting everything together I can honestly say I love this wardrobe. It looks great! Definitely worth the money! ... show more

I don't think I've ever seen such a nice piece of particleboard furniture. I knew I wasn't going for top quality, since we just needed a wardrobe for a small room to use as a bedroom. Bought this for a bedroom without a closet. Nice large size. Drawers smaller than expected though (only go half way back). Looks nice enough but no stylish details. May swap knobs and handles. Sturdy enough but drawers are definitely fragile. Recommend using child safety zip tie even if you dont have kids. Assembly easy, just takes 2 people to lift unit. 2 hour assembly. Arrived undamaged in 2 extremely heavy boxes. Parts not labeled so look carefully at everything. ... show more

This armoire is the best I’ve seen online. It has all the qualities I was looking for. The inner space is perfect for hanging regular clothes and the drawers are larger than most other armoires. some of the other armoires I was looking at were not deep enough to hang a shirt or coat so I’m glad this has ample space. I wanted something that would look classy and was sturdy at the same time. This fits both of my requirements. If I were to buy this elsewhere, for the quality, I could’ve easily paid upwards of $700. I noticed the complaints about the hinges and doors not matching but in reality that’s a simple fix as long as you have a screwdriver and can manipulate the hinges to go up and or down with a shim or a screwdriver to push the doors up or down. I used a small screwdriver covered in cloth (so as to not scratch the surface) at the bottom so that I could match up the doors evenly and when I had them set in place, I tightened the screws in place. It took a couple of times to get it right but in no way was this a deal breaker. It takes a little while to get everything lined up especially if you’ve never put furniture together. I had my 25 year old son do it to gain experience and at first he was flustered but he got it done right after a couple of hours. It was for him anyway so why shouldn’t he get the fun of putting it together? I hope this gives you confidence enough to purchase it. It’s a great unit and we love our purchase. I was kinda skeptical to purchase this Armoire to be truthfully honest. Some of the reviews I read weren’t the greatest. I am so happy I finally decided to purchase it. It is a nice piece of furniture. Great quality and worth a buy. It’s not flimsy like some of the Armoires we purchased in the past. It’s beautiful, the black color I purchased is so nice and it looks classy. This Armoire is roomy and fits a lot of stuff. It has a nice shelf on top of the hanging rod which is ideal for storing small/miscellaneous items. I paid and got it assembled by a handyman as I didn’t want to mess it up by not knowing what goes where. Package came damage free and everything was just in perfect shape. I am super happy with my purchase and will recommend this to anyone who is looking for a decent Armoire. Love it. ... show more

Since we already went to the trouble of assembling it, it's too much effort to try to return. But there were issues with it. The design is pretty and it is very sturdy, but when I spend a few hundred bucks on something I'd like it to at least arrive in good shape. One piece had a ding in it where the paint had split off. Okay fine, not a huge deal because it was along the back so it wouldn't be visible. However, the really annoying part was that one of the doors is warped/bent. When it was assembled it sticks in at a curve which makes the doors never look flush with each other. I don't know why this would have occurred. I thought these were MDF. When we have bought furniture made of this material in the past we have never had a problem with bent or warped wood. This is a real bummer, as it is obviously cosmetic and took away from a piece of furniture we would have otherwise been very happy with. I will contact the seller to see if they can send me a replacement door, but didn't have the time or energy to try to return the item. ... show more

I really wanted to like this but it's wobbly and the foam packaging is obviously injected wet because mine had a hole in the plastic containing it and there are several pieces with it on it and I can't find a safe way to remove it. The pic is of one of the doors. Unfortunately the front facing side. Too big of a hassle to return. Heck, I had to unload it from the truck myself for the UPS person because the two boxes were too heavy for them. ... show more
