Wooden Poolparty Deck in "The Classic" Maple - 33.5mm x 94mm Premium quality wooden fingerboard pool shape cruiser deck. Poolparty style decks feature a more pointed nose and squared off tail than traditional fingerboard decks. The unique pool shape feels different and fun to ride, especially in bowls and transition fingerboarding.Each deck is handmade from five plies of wood veneer. The cross-grain plies provide maximum strength and durability. Holes are countersunk for screws so trucks can be installed with ease.The Poolparty deck measures 33.5mm at its widest point and is 94mm long. Medium kicks and concave. I purchased this for my Teak, Swerve 32mm trucks. I'm building my first fingerboard. According to the Teak site this board has a Cruiser Shape and is 33.5mm W x 94mm L. I like the shape and I think the bigger size is a good match for the wide 32 mm Swerve trucks I will mount on the bottom. The board comes pre-drilled for the Teak trucks. The board kit also includes Grip tape and a nice sticker from Teak. As a person new to fingerboarding I can't tell you much about how it performs. Compared to my Grandsons "Bob would be Proud" edition, it looks marginally thinner. To me there seems to be plenty of room for fingers but from what I've read some tricks can be more difficult with larger boards. Truthfully, I don't think that applies to me. I just want to play some with my grandson. So the board is beautiful and well finished. It's a tiny miniature - so cool. I very happy to have it and it meets my expectations. I can't wait to finish my board. My grandson will laugh - and so will grandma! ... show more
