These are NOT DMC threads. The numbers match up, and the colors are similar, but they don't have the shine that DMC does. The colors are close enough that as long as you don't split them in a project you should be ok. Am debating on returning them, but DMCs are so hard to find, and you have to travel to many places to get everything you need for one pattern. To buy DMC online the price is just crazy.
