This is very good thread for use on embroidery machines. It gives a nice sheen, is sturdy and they offer many beautiful colors. I really do not understand why other machine embroidery sewists pay much more for other brands of thread. Makes no sense to me when this brand provides a great end product.

These have been working out fantastically for me! I like the colors and have compared the results to some of my more expensive thread and cannot tell the difference. I do not have any more thread breakage with this product than I do with the much more expensive brands, but I am not doing what I would call dense embroidery, which might make a difference. Liked the color variety. When used with the appropriate attachments and needle to my Skyline 9 by Janome the embroidery is lovely. No skipping or splitting. Will buy again.

This is a great set of threads for a person who is starting to learning embroidery or who is a hobbyist. However, imho if you are selling your embroidery keep an eye out for threads that shred, split apart and break off in the middle of stitch. The amount of colors are very nice and this set is a good place to determine which colors you should purchase in the future. I would not purchase this again as I embroider for business and I don't trust these threads. ... show more
