I've been looking for a good garlic press for awhile and I found one. This press is super easy to use, very easy to clean. It takes no time to press the garlic. Depending on the size of the garlic, I'm able to fit up to two cloves inside the press. Once the garlic is pressed, I take the skin off and press it again. I make smoothies every day and I used to dislike the taste of the fiber from the ginger I use. Now problem is resolved with this, it gets all the juice but keeps the fiber. It’s a heavy piece with a good grip

One of the things I dread most about cooking is prep, especially garlic because I always slice it too thick. This has helped tremendously and made prep a little less dreadful. It works very well. My only complaints are how much garlic doesn't come through. You need to open it after each press to scrap the rest out. But that takes literally a second so it's not that bad. So that and the difficulty cleaning it after could use a little work, but honestly, it's worth it to have such well-done minced garlic in such a short time. ... show more

Works great unless you have especially large cloves. Smooth and comfortable to use. The thing you roll it in works okay, meh. The little brush isn't the best but I'll take it. Overall a solid and quality item - could be a bit bigger though.
