These look so flimsy that you doubt their effectiveness. I am a hospital nurse and even the pads I place under my patients aren't as absorbent. They are thin and flimsy but they are super absorbent I use wood pellets for cat litter and not only do these hold 3 cats pee for 3 days, but they also hold all the s aw dust the pellets turn into when used. All I do is scoop the leftover pellets, shake the sawdust onto the pad that's underneath. Then roll up the pad and throw away. Pee and all. ... show more

These are huge and work great. Still haven’t had the dreaded leaking underneath that I experienced with other pads. This may be due to the fact that they are so big that my pup has no problem hitting his target! I use one a day. Others I had to use 3-6 per day. Pro hint, also get a jug of Nature’s Miracle and fill a spray bottle to hit the spots of pee if you notice an odor. For the most part you won’t but if your pup is big and pees more or has concentrated urine odor Nature’s Miracle totally cuts it insuring you won’t need to change the pad until it is ready to be changed. ... show more

I use these instead of puppy pads. Much bigger area and I think they hold the pee better. They also have sticky strips to stick it to the floor.

I have been purchasing these pads for a few years now. I noticed with the last two shipments I received that the pads are not the same. The quilted padding is thinner and not as absorbent. The plastic backing is tissue paper thin and easily punctured. What happened? Why are the quality of so many products, including this one, becoming substandard or inferior? ... show more
