There’s a thin, sparse layer of cotton between the very thin plastic. There’s another brand out there that’s excellent, they were out & I thought these were the same. They are not! Save your money & headaches, these are worse than aweful!

I use these for dog puddle pads. These were ordered due to the brand I usually order being unavailable. They are very close to the quality of the brand I was ordering. I like that they come in bulk packaging so that I reduce the frequency of ordering.

I don’t know if we got a bad batch or this is the new quality of these pads but this time around the pads came out really bulky of the white stuff that absorbs the liquids. Usually the pads are smooth but now the absorbing cotton inside is in even. I usually purchase 3 boxes of these expensive pads every 2 months for my patient but we will have to go to another source to get them now. Disappointed because we have purchase these for a while and now we have to look for another source ... show more
