The cotton blanket is a great addition. The quality of the material is evident in the way it is made, with the stitching pattern being particularly nice. While the blanket holds up well in the wash and is quite durable, it does tend to shed a bit. Perfect blanket for times when you want to be warm, but not overheat. Great quality too. Just follow the washing instructions closely. No shrinkage. Like all woven blankets, threads can be pulled. But this one is going well.

Just recv’d this blanket today. First reactions: beautiful color (exactly what I hoped the color would be; matches my existing decor perfectly). The thickness is perfect. Great quality and value for your money. Very pleased. Since I just received it, I haven’t even slept in it or washed it yet. However, one problem I hope customer service will take care of. (I haven’t contacted them yet.) When I opened up the blanket and made up my bed, I noticed it already had a pull in it.😏 But don’t let that stop you from buying this blanket. I'm by no means a blanket expert, but to me this has enough heft to it that I'd call it medium weight. It's not luxuriously soft like fleece or silk, but it is plenty comfortable. Appears to be well made and looks nice. I laundered it with cold water and air-dried-- no issues at all. Recommended!

    • Sizing is incorrect

The color is a beautiful silvery-grey and very soft. Well-made, just the right thickness to it and a pretty pattern. I do very much like it. However, it is not a 90x90 for a Queen bed. I washed and dried it to the specifications on the tag and either it shrunk an obscene amount, or it was always that short. I should’ve checked the measurements before I washed it. I cannot tuck it on the sides or the bottom of my bed, so it’s essentially a throw blanket on top of the sheets. Sizing is closer to 80 L x 70 W on my Queen mattress. It’ll do for now, but am not happy with the incorrect sizing listed. Wish I got the size I actually ordered. ... show more

This is a very nice cotton blanket. I did wash prior to using and there was quite a bit of lint after drying. It also sheds while on the bed. I washed a second time and got quite a bit more lint. I feel it will eventually not shed so much. It is a nice cotton blanket, the weight is good, color is good, and quality is good. I will buy another color of this blanket. ... show more

Update: Not a great blanket if you have cats! The threads are very easily pulled and you are left with loops all over the blanket. They are tedious to pull back through with a crochet hook. I'm now going to use a smooth faced blanket over this one. Darn! I really like this blanket but I can't use it alone without it looking like terry cloth. The best thing that I liked was the size - 108" x 90". It hung down the sides of our bed enough so that when we start our nightly blanket tug o' war, there will be enough material to actually share. The weave is tight enough that I hope it will withstand my cat's paw stretches and not pull loops up.(It doesn't) It feels smooth to the touch. I had to look at the tag to see if there was some rayon or another silky thread in it, but it says 100% cotton. It was made in Pakistan. I chose the sage green color, but it's not as dark as many sages and looks more like a pistachio. The picture I've included shows it duller than it actually is. It also shows the top finished edge.
