Contrary to an above review, the USB cable is VERY clearly included (See the above photo of the lower 'drawer'). The cable simply doesn't LOOK like what you're used to seeing. You need to know that the screwdriver WILL NOT CHARGE with a USB-C to USB-C cable and charger; it requires a typical Type-B rectangle charger of the type you have everywhere and a USB-B to to USB-C cable to be able to charge. But again, one is included! The bits are finished well and reasonably hardened, but these are not high-carbon diamond coated impact bits. Take the time to size them properly to the screw vs. using one slightly too small or large, and they'll last far far longer. The great thing is that they're tooled with enough precision to not tear up screws. The driver itself is great if dealing with small devices that need a light, small, reasonably powerful, electric driver. If it starts bogging down? Get something else to back the fastener out instead of trying to force this thing along. You WILL chew the heck out of your screw AND the drvier. Will update once I've had more than a few hours use. But all in all? The thing is great! Well made driver, well made bits, extremely well priced, easy to use, and lots of accessories. Truly EXCELLENT for light duty usage. ... show more

    • The toolkit I needed for my repairs!
I saw a repair video with someone using a tool similar to this one, I went online and found this product. I have been using it quite a bit now on my computer repairs. I love the ease of not having to manually screw and unscrew. I do find it a little clumsy at times when I am holding the screwdriver as I accidently hit the buttons when I don't want to, but other then that, I have figured out a way to use it. I love all the extras it comes with and knowing I won't use everything in there, the fact that I have it is all I need to know if there is a job with a particular part that I might have what I need. The charge holds for a long time, I have only recharged it once since I got it to make sure it had full power. I haven't had to recharge it since. ... show more

    • Great set with lots of tools, just wish it had a setting for more power
This is a great set, with lots of bits for all kinds of projects. The reason I took off a star is that the tool itself does not have much torque, which, when working on cell phones and other delicate tools is a good thing. But there are other projects that are less delicate where you sometimes need more power to loosen or tighten a screw and this won't cut it for those projects. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely phenomenal design. The power is perfect even comes with every attachment you need this is perfect for somebody that works on computers video games or RC vehicles. I mainly purchase mine for RC vehicles so hard doing it by hand. It's so comfortable the size is perfect literally comes with everything you need and then some the battery life seems good so far I haven't even fully tried it yet but I can tell this is quality I got it on Deal day for I believe 2499 worth every penny highly recommend ... show more

We purchased this for working on electronics and specifically transformers style toys we have to repair from time to time but we have used it for much more than we thought we would. We have used it for Xbox controllers, the kids' electric cars, and anything with small or odd screws or bolts it seems to have the bit to fit! The charge lasts a long time. There are a lot of pieces but they are all held in the case so it keeps us organized in knowing where everything goes.     • this has a 4mm chuck for anyone wondering!
I am a reckless gorilla and broke the electric screwdriver after several uses. I deeply forced it while it was locked in drive mode. I've broken 24v drills doing the same thing, which isn't an easy thing to do. I just break everything I touch because I have no regard for mechanical life. I would not consider this item "fragile" if you are a normal human person with rational thought. Even still, I highly recommend this product. It also includes a full manual screwdriver - USE THE MANUAL FOR SCREWS THAT WON'T TURN WITH THE ELECTRIC DRIVER - IT IS THERE FOR A REASON! Literally the set with just the manual driver is an excellent item This has a 4mm chuck for anyone wondering. This is the SECOND MOST COMMON chuck size for these types of drivers. 4mm is the smallest I've seen available, making it great for micro electronics and watches. 4mm is slightly larger than 5/32" (3.95mm) - so likely those bits will fit without issue, but a single wrap of electrical tape or 2 wraps of Teflon tape will get a 5/32 bit to fit without issue. The most common size is 1/4 in (6.35mm). I've also seen 5mm sets (which would be around 6.5/32" - I've NEVER seen a 6.5 / 32 as an imperial set). ... show more
