Description

Ideal for smaller yd & hillsides, this spot sprayer from precision mounts to ATVs & Lawn tractors & holds 15 gallon of liquid pesticide. A mounted pump is powered by your 12V Tractor battery, which pushes product to the attached wand with handgun at 1 GPM. Leave your tools in the shed & forget about the hassles of assembly with the TCS15 that’s because it comes fully assembled & ready to mount. The tank body is made With high- strength poly, & the 15' Of flexible EPDM black Hose is designed not to crack even under heavy use & abuse. Heavy-duty alligator clips allow users to easily attach the diaphragm pump to a 12V Tractor battery. The Precision Products TCS15 spot sprayer easily mounts on carts and tractors and attaches to any 12-volt battery, quickly giving you a convenient and mobile way to spray at up to 60 PSI. It features a 15-gallon storage tank and a 12-inch hose with a thumb-control spray wand for accurate, isolated spraying. The heavy plastic tank includes a drain plug for quick cleanups, too. 07/12/2023: We used this sprayer for the first time and it quit working after ONLY 20 minutes. We called customer service at Precision Products (incredibly nice people!) and they said that they had recently sold this division to Delavan Pumps and that we would need to reach out to them. We then called Delavan Pumps and the customer service rep said that they were not sure how to handle this issue because they had just taken over the division but she would look into it and call us back. We waited two days and they never called. We had to call them several times but each time was told that they were still trying to figure it out and assured us that they would call us back. So, we waited and finally, days later, they called back and had the nerve to say that they needed to determine if it was a manufacturing defect or user error and they wanted us to send the sprayer back to them AT OUR EXPENSE, and that it could take up to 30 days for them to make a determination. THIS SPRAYER WAS BRAND NEW STILL UNDER WARRANTY?! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SPRAYER! READ THE REVIEWS! LOTS OF THEM SAY THE PUMP GOES OUT RIGHT AWAY AND DELAVAN PUMPS WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY! ... show more

I should have bought this years ago - if it was available then. I had a bag worm infestation on all of my Leyland Cyprus trees scattered over 5 acres of property. I was able to put the tank in the bucket of my 25hp tractor and hook the cables up to the tractor's battery. I filled the tank with the chemical and mixed it with hose water. After dressing for applying chemicals I was able to drive around my property and spray each tree from top to bottom on all sides. I had to do this weekly for four weeks. I had one problem during the third application of spraying the trees with the pump. The screen within the tank had plugged up with the solution I was using to treat the bag worms. I was able to unscrew the screen and blow it out with hose water. I knew something was up because I was steadily losing wand pressure as I was spraying. After cleaning out the screen I was back to a powerful spray. If I had to change anything about this tank and sprayer it would be to protect the two DC volt wires coming out of the top of the pump's motor. To stop these wires from being sliced in two by the bucket I placed a 2 x 4 between the tank and top of the bucket and this gave me a good gap between the wires and bucket. The tank also cleaned up nicely after I was done with it. I did not winterize the system with any RV antifreeze or windshield wiper fluid because I am keeping the vessel in my walk out basement. ... show more

This thing rocks! Being new to spraying my own property, I was looking into backpack models, thinking they would be convenient. But then I got put off by all the bad reviews: "Leaky." "Bad wand." "Busted pump." "Horrible straps." To find anything of quality, I was looking at something far north of $200. Then I realized, "Hold up. I have an ATV." On a whim, I decided to compare. The ATV-mounted tanks with pumps were *way* cheaper than their backpack counterparts, had far more capacity, and had better reviews. What gives? So I got one. Wow—this thing is a beast. Well-built in the USA, solid, and simple. Pumps kicks on "on-demand" (meaning the tank isn't pressurized). Good wand quality, and the nozzle adjustment provides nice variation: I can mist my bushes, and I can stream up to my second story dormers, windows, and trees. Pro Tip: Keep the extra hose length (nice to have!) wrapped around the tank to keep it away from the tires. Yes, it got caught under an ATV tire once and squeezed my chest hard. The tubed popped off the pump, but no damage. Quick re-connection, and away we went. I can blast 25-gallons on my property with ease. Love this thing. Highly recommended. ... show more

Size: 25-Gallon
This is a very good quality sprayer. I never had a sprayer before. I put this one in the bucket of my tractor, put a couple of wood chunks in to keep it balanced, and tied it in with bailing twine to make sure it was secure. The top opening is really wide so the chemicals and water are easy to mix. I filled it with water first, then poured in the chemicals to reduce the bubbling sudsy effect. The hose is very long and the spray nozzle is adjustable. There is plenty of batter cable length. It was easy to go over the back of the bucket to attach the battery cables/clamps to the battery under the tractor hood. I use tiny bungee cords to secure the cord to the top of the bucket arm, and then again to something near the steering wheel - just to keep the cord up so it doesn't start dragging on the ground. It is really long! I drove the tractor along the fence line to spray weeds. I also was able to use the spray wand in an arcing motion to spray some new grass areas. The Precision Products Company in Lincoln Illinois is WONDERFUL! I had a couple questions and problems at first. They have absolutely amazing customer service. I highly recommend. ... show more

There is a sticker stating the sprayer was inspected by so and so. The inspector sucks at his job. One of the hose clamps had been slid on it's hose, but never tightened at all. The cap on the drain outlet leaks with NO PRESSURE on tank. I'm afraid to tighten it any farther because it's very cheap plastic. I bought it for spraying vegetation killer. I can't have it leaking every where I take the ATV. I have only tested the sprayer with water for 1 minute so far. I'm afraid I will probably be back here after using it with chemical. ... show more

    • Works great for off grid 5th wheel water hauling and transfer.

I bought it to transport water from home to off grid 5th wheel on hunting and lake property. I disconnected the sprayer and just use the rubber hose to transfer water from the the sprayer tank to my 5th wheel holding tank. Just connect to my 4 wheeler battery and it pumps the water to my holding tank. Works perfectly! ... show more
