My 6 yr old son has been golfing with me the last 2 years. We go once every other week if not once a week. I figured for his birthday this year it was time to get him something other than a putter and pitching wedge, but I didn't want to splurge thinking he'd outgrow things quickly. After 3 maybe 4 rounds of play sadly the pitching wedge in this set broke right at seam between the shaft and the head... Now near the end of the season and having played just over a dozen rounds the bag is falling apart. The bag has sat nicely strapped in the golf cart every round. It was never thrown around and was seated nicely in my garage in between rounds. Overall it does the job and like I said I wasn't wanting to splurge on the cost. I guess I get what I paid for, but I was hoping to get more than just 1 maybe 2 seasons out of this set. ... show more

Very well made and sturdy bag and clubs. The clubs are a bit heavy and depending on the 3 year old, are probably to heavy for them. I believe a 5 year old should be the age for the product. But, like I said, it depends on the child.

My 2.5 year old is really into gold and loving these. They are the real deal. The bag could be better, it’s quite unstable and falls over easily and often leaving it lying on its side usually and the back pack straps are useless because the bag and club weight distribution if not right. Clubs are perfect. The bag is cool to look at but cannot be adjusted enough to be carried without having the clubs fall out. I'm guessing bag needs to be 2-3 inchers deeper or bottom needs a little weight added to it to offset the club head weight. The clubs are worth every penny otherwise.
