This is nice and very useful, but UPS didn't deliver. They left a note on my door with no tracking or other information on it. They dropped it off to an auto parts store (drop off site??) 2 miles away. What the???? So product is nice, but UPS screwed up big time. I located my binder 17 days after it was "delivered." ... show more

    • Electric Coil inserter is a Joke!.
Motor makes a lot of noise when the button is turned On but, roller doesn't move and the ONLY option is to feed the coils manually! Also not happy with the lack of clear/concise instructions. Does Not work as shown on YouTube! Also; the punch doesn't live up to the 20 pages of 80g paper per punch either. Our little business idea has been dashed! Can't punch holes in a simple children's book cover??? ... show more

I am disappointed that the electric binding does not work. I will be returning it for a replacement. My daughter ordered two and the electric binding feature does not work on either one. She adjusted to it, but it is time consuming for her to manually do the work she has to do for her business. For the price that we paid, everything should work. ... show more
