Kid loves it and will only choose the couch or a recliner over this. He has 3 gaming chairs and this one is his favorite. He likes that it reclines, has a side pocket and a cup holder. I’m not sure if he uses the massage option that much but when we did turn it one, it wasn’t too loud. It’s very sturdy and built well. The padding is comfortable and is lasting a long time still. Well the product was pretty easy to assemble. Its is also reasonably sturdy. The problem begins when you actually try to use it. It's advertised as a gaming recliner, but even with an additional support pad, and a blanket, and a pillow it's about as comfortable as reclining on an iron plate. When it's inclined back there is a big gap right at butt area that makes using it uncomfortable. So reclining it to watch movies, etc is difficult. It's also difficult to use it as a computer chair unless you have a lower desk, as it does not have wheels, though it does swivel. The good side is that it's not terribly heavy, so if you have a smooth surface it can be easily moved. It does come with a tiny pillow, but it's awkward to position, and is kinda useless. Unless your child sized it's default position is kinda poor. It also has a few problems with the reclining foot rest area not staying up, and the chair cover pops off at the end of the foot rest, so when you retract it, it pops off. The cup holder is also stupidly designed. It's too big to fit standard car sized cup holder sizes, and not deep enough to support any drink. So either stuff won't fit, or it will, and won't stay in. I also only has it on one side, so you can't switch where you place your drink. Is it worth 300? Nah... it's not even worth 200. About all I can say for it is that it's pretty sturdy and hasn't broken yet, but I'm planning to toss this thing and get a proper recliner as I should have done to begin with. ... show more

This is the best gaming chair I’ve had. I e tried a few others and they were cheaply made. It was hard to put together because the instructions are pretty bad but my boyfriend got it done in an hour. Also, this may not be for every chair but at least for mine, many of the items were mislabeled so be careful with that. It came with everything, nothing missing. I use the chair for gaming and for work. I have back problems and have noticed some of the issues I have had have gotten better after getting this chair. It’s so comfortable and you can almost fall asleep. It’s not too heavy as it looks, I can still move it around the room when I need. The pillow is nice, I don’t have it attached and keep it in my low back… it’s not in a good spot for my head with my height. It’s it’s a great chair for adults. The leg rest is great and it lays back. I do t feel like I’m going to fall back like other chairs feel. The massage part isn’t so great… it’s more of small vibrations then massage. It’s a great chair and was a life saver for me. It’s well worth the money, even with weak massager but I didn’t get it for the massager. The cup holder is nice, I do use it for keeping a small remote. The only negative thing I have to say is the instructions are bad and it would be nice if it came already put together. If it weren’t for my boyfriends skills in putting things together, I never would have figured it out. The instructions are super small and I couldn’t even read it. My boyfriend pretty much figured it all out on his own. Also you will need every piece and every screw that comes with it. ... show more

Suggesting that this is a heavy duty gaming chair with a 350-pound capacity simply doesn’t hold up. It should be listed as a child’s gaming chair instead. I have only used it a few times and am constantly waiting for the footrest lever to break. I am average height, but overweight and the chair is too snug and my feet stretch out far beyond the footrest. It doesn’t fit length or width, despite the heavy duty promise. Chairs I have purchased with similar listed capacity are much more strong and stable feeling. Overall, the chair feels like it could break at any moment. T The arm rests feel as if they would break easily. Very disappointing. While my husband was able to put it together in about an hour, it was clearly cheaply made. ... show more

It's not worth the price looks nice and cool but no back support and the Cushion is not dick after a while you're butt Telephone hurts . I had to buy a back support and cushion for my butt. The massage feature is useless you could barely fill. It feels like your phone is vibrating in your back pocket and with the backsupport. And butt cushion, I never use the massager. I am 5'5 feet tell. When you add the back support in the butt cushion, it pushes you more forward. So your legs barely hang on when you have the leg. Rest all the way up if you're gonna spend $350 on a chairi will go for another chair with way better quality. Don't go for the massage. Use that money to get a better chair. If I had the opportunity I would return this. Get a full refund and use the $350. Save that money a little bit more money to buy a better chair.. Save your $350. And if you're really looking for high quality chairs, double it like maybe around 500 get something better than this.. Oh, yeah, forgot to tell you. The cup holder is very small, barely hold your cup and it could fall over very easily because it's not that deep. ... show more
