I bought this Gaming Chair for my 13yr old Grandson & had it delivered straight to him since it wasn’t on Prime Delivery & I had to pay shipping, I didn’t want to pay twice for shipping. It arrived ahead of schedule by several days. He was absolutely thrilled to get it & called me immediately & then called me again when it was all together. He needed a new chair as he has outgrown his other one. He said it’s very comfortable, the massage & lumbar was his favorite feature. He said he wished the footrest was a little longer because when you are sitting up it doesn’t go out very far, so I guess if you aren’t very short that could be an issue. He said he’s an awesome chair and loves it. It took about 25mins to assembly with him & his step-dad putting it together so not bad at all. Wheels were heavy duty from what I could see on FaceTime, chair was roomy, reclined and rolled nicely! Color was true to photo. Would’ve preferred a gray option in the leather vs fabric but didn’t have that so had to go with the white and black. I LOVE THIS CHAIR!!! Ok, anyone else similar to me where you wait until the chair you have is literally falling apart? Well that’s what I did. This is the first real gaming chair I have ever purchased. It was one of the least expensive gaming chairs I’ve been able to find anywhere that has good quality, feels and looks like the ones more pricey. It’s a very nice looking chair after it’s all assembled, nicest one I’ve ever owned personally. As far as the assembly super easy, the manual came glossed, top notch! Easy to follow instructions. Everything came organized, assembling it was very quick. Everything aligned correctly and I’m grateful for the quality of the hardware. With the packaging, the assembly, the quality, I could not be happier with this product! The added foot rest yes, great feature!!! And the added massage lumbar support pillow is nice, I didn’t expect to fall in love with it! I didn’t know my back even needed a massage until I tried it out! Point I’m getting at is, this is great for the price and if you’re also similar in this way, like how I am, the sales price is decent as well when it’s on sale! Definitely recommend! ... show more

Its a good chair, mostly easy to put together minus one or two parts that required a little more effort but overall doable for most people. The "massaging" pad is just a vibrating pillow, but still feels nice. Chair is comfortable, and it looks very nice with my setup. My only two gripes: it has the option to ajust how much it leans back but unfortunately it doesn't have the option to tilt back. Also, I wish the massaging pillow had an off/on switch, instead of a USB plug(you can unplug the USB at the power source, or unplug the connector on the pillow). Overall solid chair for the money. PS: shipping will not be accurate AT ALL as they ship through fedex(amazon is almost always about their time estimates where I live, whereas fedex had it "out for delivery" for 6 DAYS before finally delivering it*was still "on time" though, but towards the end of the time range they listed*) ... show more

    • Comfy chairs but...

The chair gets put together pretty easilly, but the screws for the arms do not want to catch easilly. One I was able to do after a try or 2, but the 2nd screw was a lot more difficult, it just turned and didn't seem to catch. I had to have someone else hold the other side of the chair so I could use a lot more pressure to get it to catch. Becides that the chair is very comfortable, perfect height for my 5'5 self, very quiet, and has great back support. The messager is actually quite nice. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the build quality. It is a bit lacking, and I am worried that the arm screw didn't catch enough and will eventually fall out, but so far so good. I would have gone with a different color other than white but they were more expensive and I am cheap...err, I mean frugal. All in all it's a good chair. ... show more

Bought this gaming chair a month ago. It looks very good and was easy to assemble. Nothing has broke or ripped yet, the person sitting in it is 130 lbs. My only complaint is that when I sit in it the cushion is kind of hard and the leg rest isn’t to reliable because it leans down when you press on it. Other than that this is a great casual gaming chair and he really likes it! ... show more
