    • Does what it's supposed to
This little snow blower fired right up, after adding oil/gas, and hasn't failed this season. Downsides: it doesn't self-propel as I had hoped, or as well as others I've had. I have slight inclines to my driveways, and I have to muscle it on the passes (going down is easy, of course). The rubber blades tend to be temperamental when rolling over different ground. My drive is asphalt and the apron is concrete - the snow blower tends to jump and buck a bit when rolling between the two. Pro tip: Be sure to tighten all the bolts on the blade BEFORE you give it a test. I hand checked them, used it, and the blade came loose in the midst of my chore. Easy fix, but you can damage the snow blower if you don't recognize what's occurring and disengage the blades. Also, retighten the your snow shoot hood, as well, after each use. The vibration loosens the screws. Mine came loose and was lost in an 4' snow bank somewhere... ... show more

    • Broken product. Broken Customer service. No refund.
I ordered this blower for my father in law in Colorado. The engine was seized and never operated. I contacted the company thru Amazon and they did not reply. I contacted them thru their website and no reply. I called their tech support and was on hold for a full hour without reaching anyone. I called the next day and was on hold for 40 minutes, no response. The product is crap, the service is non existent. Don't buy from them unless you're willing to spend money on an expensive paperweight. This has been my worst experience with a vendor from Amazon EVER. ... show more

    • Good but...
The assembly was easy. Very well made and the price is right. The big issue is there are no wheels or mechanism towards the front of the unit so it makes it very cumbersome to push. I need to tilt it back to push it forward

    • Dependable??
Used twice and now the auger stopped working. Turns out the belt was loose. Manual has no instructions for adjusting of fixing. Would not buy again.

Upgrade from a smaller snowblower. Works well but gets stuck more often than my older one.
