I’ve had to use this 3 times this winter so far. Works really well. Starts really well. Prime, half choke, let it warm up, take the choke off….It doesn’t glide on dry pavement very well, so just tilt it back till you hit snow, then it works really well. Glad I bought it.

purchased 12/23/23. 1st snow was a wet 2 ". I think it's the shovel plate catching on the concrete, making it hard to push. The rubber blade on my old Toro blower made it almost self propelled. This blower is useless to me at this point! I saw in the reviews someone else had the exact same issue and Amerisun fixed it. I waited on the support line through 9 callers, when It was my turn I was disconnected. I called back and continually got stuck in a loop. I need help now, expect 6 inches of snow this week end!! 1/13/24 I got a generic email. I sent all the info they requested and still nothing. It's going to be a real pain to return, but they leave me no choice. 1/19/24 I am convinced it is the shovel plate causing the problem. It is defect it in design. The support person said I should tilt it back, during operation. I think a skid plate on the sides would be much better, but what do I know. I am now waiting on a return label. ... show more

    • Good snowblower
Received the snowblower quickly and in perfect condition. The directions are a little ambiguous so fitting the snow chute took some figuring out. If you can assemble an IKEA piece you can do this. Took a second try to adjust the skids to clear snow down to the concrete. Electric starter works great and the unit started easily in subzero temperatures. Clears snow and blows it much better than my single stage snowblower. After two uses I recommend this unit. ... show more

My equipment comes without hardware to setup the blower, I contacted the seler for send to me the missing parts, if happens I will raise to 5 starts. If not I will return this equipment to Amazon ASAP! After Seller contact me. "WOW! EXCELLENT AND UNVEILED GREAT SERVICE TO CLIENT" they immediately send bi FedEx the missing parts without cost. Bigger then we thought. Very powerful. Does the job right. My hubby is in love. Only one thing. The oil it came with got broken and was all over the blower . Rough to clean up. Snow blowers away from you. Not on you .

Item arrived damaged. Poorly made. Trying to get this returned and get my money back. If you can't put oil into it, then you can't run it. Apparently the oil tube that takes it to the oil main compartment is made of plastic. It arrived snapped at base. Also the screw top that holds the oil cap looks to have been glued. Not sure how that breaks off? Save your money and the hassle of getting your money back. ... show more
