Man o man. This this is everything it says and more. Let me say that I do not leave reviews often and I purchase a lot of things online. But I do read them. These reviews were 50/50 it seemed. But for me it is definitely 5 ☆ . I have the 24" briggs and stratton motor. I went with the briggs because I have been able to trust there motors in the past. Ok so I live in michigan , over the past 2 weeks we have gotten over 36" of snow with about 14" being the most over 1 night. And this things clears it with ease. It also blows it WAY out of the way. It starts up strong with 1 pull. I haven't needed to use electric start yet. I would honestly say 30° + the heated handles allowed me to work with no gloves. But any lower then that I use gloves and it's comfortable so that's a big plus for me. The only thing I would say is take your time with assembly and if you got that down there should be no issues. I know people would rather spend 2k+ for a toro and that's fine but this thing is all of thoes other brands. I've used toro and craftsman in the years prior and still use toro only for lawn. But I HIGHLY recommend this snow blower. (With the briggs motor for reassurance. Hope this helps someone. ... show more

  • Customer service was good to me!
Style: Snow Blower
My machine came to me damaged due to sloppy handling during shipping. After filing a claim with the shipping company and then dealing with PowerSmart customer service, a new, undamaged machine was shipped. The whole process took just over one month, but I'm very happy everything is now resolved. As of today, I've only assembled the machine, which was relatively easy. I plan to fill it with oil and gasoline and run it soon. I don't expect any problems but if I run into difficulties, I'll post again. ... show more

  • Customer service????
Style: Snow Blower
TRIED to assemble the snow blower that was delivered to me, but due to a manufacturing defect, I was unable to do so. Called their "Customer Service" line. They are only open from 0900 to 1700 EST. They were closed. Called back the next morning, again to talk to "Customer Service" to see what they would like me to do so that I can use the snow blower that I purchased from them. It is unusable at this point. Listened to canned music for over an hour, and I finally gave up. I will attempt to work around their manufacturing defect so that I can actually use what I paid for. It is truly sad that I have to do that for a new machine. I am still not sure if it actually runs. Not worth the money that I paid for it. ... show more

I live in Buffalo and I got SLAMMED with about 3ft of snow over 3 days and this snowblower was AMAZING! I have used a plow service for the past 10yrs but they were unreliable so I bought this to do myself this year. As a female I wanted something small and lightweight but that would get the job done and this did without a doubt!!!! ... show more

  • Stopped working after about 5 uses
Style: Snow Blower
Blade / auger system stopped working about the 5th time I used the snow blower. Am trying to get customer service for a repair on it currently or a warranty replacement. Called at 2:30PM MT on a Thursday...and the phone number indicates they are already closed and I need to call back later. I'll come back to update once I have any information from their warranty / customer service. ... show more
