If you're on the fence about the batteries, get off the fence and get to your laptop. Buy a bunch of these things and your battery powered issues are gone for good! While these batteries definitely have a bit of drain in storage (say 20% drop over the course of 2 months?) it's not nearly as bad as some reviewers may have mentioned. I've never had batteries burst or overheat on me, however, some batteries will no longer charge after frequent usage. While it may be irritating, I am okay with it because it still beats buying batteries and throwing them out. Tryin' to save the environment here! I can't be 100% on whether the total charge touted is accurate, however I can confirm that the batteries don't tend to last as long as swap-and-drop throwaway batteries from Duracell or whatever. A sacrifice I am willing to make because the overall savings I get from rechargeable batteries is worth the inconvenience here as well. In my single AA usage mouse (Logitech) I find myself replacing it every 8 months rather than 12 months versus the non-rechargables. I do find that some of my remotes using the AA batteries have varying levels of drainage for these Powerowl batteries which is really weird. Standard remote controls I barely see a difference in power consumptions vs the average battery however my remote for my VR headset drains these things like crazy. Probably a BT cycling issue. Who knows. But whatever, I had just about 20 of these bad boys in use throughout my household; LED Lights for the Closet, Remotes, Soap Dispensers, and others and couldn't be happier. ... show more

This brand charges rapidly and last a long time. I have used in various things both indoor and outdoor. Recharging instead of throwing away is a better option too

These batteries on a full charge are on their 6th night of use in a two way radio on standby 8 to 9 hours at night . They were not fully charged when I received them. I'm good with that if they keep performing Like they have been. The Diameter is a bit larger but I would buy them again.

Nice batteries, but they are labeled as 2800mAh. I tested them on three different battery testers and at best they tested to 2200mAh. It's not too bad, but it's not what I paid for. A NiMh low voltage is considered to be 1.0 Volts, and the minimum safe voltage is .9 volts. I tested down to as low as .95v but never got more than 2200mAh until I charged and discharged them several times, at which point they tested to 2800mAh ... show more

My own fault for not checking but the power capacity is really low. Don't expect that much use before they run out of power. Be sure to check Update I left this review thinking that this was the AAA battery. These are great batteries. Sorry for my screw up.

The media could not be loaded. I have an actually timed it, but my partner uses a lot of game cams in our woods, and says that these batteries don’t last as long as a Duracell or other similar battery. However, we were spending a lot of money on replacing batteries. This allows us to just keep charging the same batteries over and over. I realize that they don’t have a forever shelflife, but they are doing the trick for now. ... show more
