Just to begin. The product is perfect: pretty inexpensive, very powerful, and is rechargeable (translation: does not need batteries). And the battery lasts a long time too. I have used it pretty frequently (like 5 times a week for a full month), and I have yet to charge it up. So, why did I give it a 4-star instead of 5-star review? Well... * The attachments are incredibly hard to remove. I fear I may break it while switching the whisk attachment. You also have to push from the attachments head, which I assume will damage the attachment itself eventually. * It is too powerful, and has little variance between speeds. It has 3 speeds, however, just the slowest speed is enough to overspill a regular mug (e.g.: for hot chocolate) at half capacity. As it loses battery the speed decreases, so, for now, it is far more manageable. * The 3 speeds are quite unnecessary. I was apprehensive to buy this product precisely because I saw no need for different speeds. And I still don't see the need for it. It just makes turning it off more tedious: either click the button until it turns off (so, 3 times if you are in the slowest speed) or hold the button down until it turns off (I discovered this accidentally heh, though I am almost sure the manual mentions it, however I threw it away by accident and forgot to fullyread it, oops!). * The stand only works with the frother attachment, because the whisk attachments make it too big for it. I needed one to mix powdered drink products into my water or milk. I didn't want to spend much $. So, when I saw this one was under $5 I ordered it. I just got the black color but many other colors are offered. It's small and takes up no space at all. For it's small size it mixes very fast and well.

So this is going to sound really weird, but it's too powerful. I have to use it in something that is fairly tall because even on level one it is so powerful whatever I am frothing spews all over the place. Maybe if it started out a little slower and then built up speed it would be fine. But at the first push of the button it's full bore and sprays liquid everywhere. So if you want something super powerful and you're going to use it in as tall vessel then it's perfect for you. If you want to use it in a demitasse size as I do it's not for you. ... show more

I really enjoy this frother. Every day I make bone broth, sometimes matcha or froth for a latte. I care for the frother by making sure the electrical part never gets wet but after 14 months it no longer works. I have replaced the battery and tried tightening the metal mixer part but nothing is getting it to work. ... show more
