The buttons are the best part. I use for flight sim and depending on what I am flying depends if I use jostick or yoke. Before I would have to unplug what I wasn't using. Now I have labels on the buttons for what does what and just turn off the input for what I don't need.

This unit is well made and very sturdy. I wish that it came with velcro strips and a 1 foot usb cable because I put those on to mount it to the side of my computer. There’s enough space to place small labels identifying what is plugged into each socket!
