The chair was delivered while I was out. When I came home and saw this huge box at the bottom of my steps I was very worried, I am 71 yrs old and my young neighbor would not be home for a while. Well I rolled it up the steps and got it into the house myself. It was very easy to put together. It is really nice except the arms are not padded at all, very uncomfortable. The chair is nice and firm the back is straight it feels really good and the recliner works just as it's supposed to be. I'm always skeptical buying something like this that i haven't tried in person, but this chair is wonderful. I have a bad back and most rocker recliners hurt me. They have those humps in the back part that really aggravate my neck and upper back. This one doesn't have that. The back is straight and the chair pads are firm. The glide is smooth. It is on the small side which is perfect for me. I highly recommend this chair. UPDATE: The firmness is starting to really hurt my back and hips. I stay sore.
