This chair came in two boxes, was easy to assemble and my mom who is almost 90 absolutely loves her new toy! Seeing her comfortable and able to use the controls easily puts a smile on our faces. Nice chair! Excellent value for the money! Pro: Roomy size. Works as advertised. Nice washable fabric. Grey is a nice neutral color, blends nicely with many colors in the room. Comfortable. Excellent value for the price, nicer then comparable other chairs of much higher price. Con: Fabric is a little slippery with silk/satin pjs, leg rest extends with chair back. Not separate function.     • The bolts broke off of the chair and the seller is not very helpful.

This chair is comfortable, however, the bolts from the lifting mechanism broke off and were not replaced by the manufacturer. I was able to replace them with regular bolts but they have broken thee additional times, and the chair makes a loud clunking noise and shifts to the left. I am not happy with the response I received from the manufacturer, Bingtoo. They offered to refund my money if I shipped the chair back. Right. ... show more

My husband and I use to joke it was too bad we couldn't bring our heated car seats in to enjoy in the house! Now he is one happy camper with this chair! My husband is 60, so not exactly elderly but has had one knee replacement and needs the other one done, So "the dump" feature of this chair takes the stress off his knees getting out of it. He works all day standing on cement, so he enjoys the vibration part, too, and the heat is terrific! So the chair is perfect for us! He's not much for putting things together, so that task fell to me, and I can say it was easy to follow the directions and we worked together to align the arms and connect. The electrical part was just a matter of connecting a couple of plugs, so also an easy task! He loves his new chair and I enjoy the heated lumbar part when he's at work! He's a big guy and is hard on chairs, so if this one wears out, we definitely would buy it again! ... show more

Needed a chair for a family member and this one was affordable and offered many features. The chairs in the furniture stores were more costly and looked very generic. Could not be more pleased with the quality, comfort, or price. Had item for about a week now. Only downside was delivery people left this package in driveway in freezing rain instead of leaving it on porch where item could've been covered from the elements but that is on them and not the product. When we first got the chair, the motor was loud and jerky. It quit after a month. The seller sent me a new motor which went in easy and is working great. I am happy with the comfort of the chair and the very good response to the problem.
