The media could not be loaded. I was very happy with the delivery of this product. Took a bit longer than normal given the size and bulkiness but everything came secure and packaged in 3 separate boxes with majority of the assembly completed. I was able to put it all together myself in under 30 minutes, and would have been even faster and easier if I had someone to help me to guide the pieces into their respective places and brackets. No tools need. Very sturdy and durable build. Their are a few wires that need to be plugged in and connected to ensure everything functions appropriately, so please review the instructions accordingly. I bought this as a gift for my mom who has arthritis and bad knee pains. She loved the chair almost as much, if not more, than I do. The fabric appears to be very high quality and the chair itself is extremely spacious and comfortable. The cushioning is very soft and plush, with padding everywhere. Specifically for my mother, the power lift feature is life changing, as she struggles with leg pain trying to get out of any other seat. The smooth ease with which the power lift helps in sitting and standing upright is a game changer for anyone with mobility issues or back/leg pain. The remote is super easy to use with only 4 buttons, and the chair adjusts seamlessly and quietly. This chair reclines completely flat at 180 degrees, perfect for napping or lounging. The foldable tray with cup holder and wireless phone charger is a great added benefit. It can be easily opened from seated position, and holds position very sturdy. Easy to fold away by pressing the 2 buttons and on the underside of the tray. The extended footrest and tall backrest are clutch and provide great support while resting in laying and seated positions. The electric recliner also includes an 8 point vibrating massager at the back, lumbar, thigh and legs, with lumbar heating function. There are a few modes of massage (pulse, pressure, wave, normal, and auto which cycles through each), and you can select any combination of the 8 massage points as well as adjust intensity from low to high. I like that it has a 15/30/60 minute timer so you don't have to worry about falling asleep with the massager and heat on. This isn't meant to be a full on therapeutic massage, but it is gentle and great for relaxation and reducing stress and body tension throughout the day or to end your night. I've seen my elderly mother and father use and love this chair. My pregnant wife finds it incredibly comfortable. My sister and sister-in-law can relax with their babies in their arms while resting on this awesome chair. Fantastic combination of functionality, design, and comfort. Great to use for reading, relaxing, sleeping, watching TV, even gaming. I highly recommend this chair for luxury, leisure, elderly family members, those with joint pains and mobility issues, or as part of any home decor. Very content with this purchase. The foot rest is somewhat short. So if you’re 6 foot it will not support feet. My folks are 5’8-5’10 so not so bad. The massager is kinda weak, but you can feel it still. It is relaxing. The chair arrived in only a couple of days in three different boxes. It was very easy to put together and we very comfortable with nice fabric. I ordered the light gray (velvet) and it was darker than what was pictured, but that didn't matter as we like the color it is. Everything worked perfectly and my father who has a cast on his right elbow loves the ease to get in and out and sleeps well in it. The backrest had a small blemish in the cushion that we were unable to massage out, but the seller made it right with us immediately. I will definitely be buying one for myself from this seller. Five stars for the Recliner. Ten stars for the seller and their customer service! This recliner was on my list. Took the leap when it went on sale. Immediately received an email from seller thanking me and providing 3 Fedex tracking numbers. Recliner arrived 3 days later. Assembly was easy. Once together, we had a problem with the recliner laying flat. All communications said if there are any questions or problems contact the company directly. I reached out, their response was immediate. After some troubleshooting, to my surprise, the seller offered a replacement! Frima Home initiated the replacement and within 4 days my new recliner was delivered to my home. Never did I contact Amazon. I love it when a company stands behind their product. Ten Stars for outstanding customer service! We love our new recliner. The recliner is just down right pretty. It invites you in. "Please sit down". It is very cushy, comfortable and embracing. It massages gently/vibrates quietly. You can be sitting right beside it and you might hear a hum, depends on how loud your tv volume is. It heats up, it is relaxing, releases tension in the neck and back. Also, will be great for those cold winter nights. It lays you down for a comfortable nap. It stands you up, making it easy on the joints, knees, and hips or anything that hurts.. The wireless charging makes sure your phone will never die. I've found a new friend. I just ordered a cover to protect the recliner from pets and grandkids! Before I purchased - I read all the reviews and so many of them talked about the excellent customer service. It's difficult deciding to purchase online, especially a pricey item. It would be great if all online purchases would turn out this positive. I say Yes to this recliner!     • Decent chair for the price

The chair is very comfortable and the fabric is nice. The motors are very quiet and raising and lowering head and footrest are smooth. The massage and heat are sufficient but not great. The one thing that I could not get to work was the wireless charging. Even though the chair is plugged in and other functions are working, the wireless charging is not. I did notice a wire hanging out on the rear bottom near where the wireless unit is in the arm rest but there doesn’t seem to be any place that wire would insert into. There was also a small power bar that came in the package that also doesn’t seem to fit anywhere… perhaps the wireless charger, but the instructions do not address either part.
