The media could not be loaded. I was very happy with the delivery of this product. Took a bit longer than normal given the size and bulkiness but everything came secure and packaged in 3 separate boxes with majority of the assembly completed. I was able to put it all together myself in under 30 minutes, and would have been even faster and easier if I had someone to help me to guide the pieces into their respective places and brackets. No tools need. Very sturdy and durable build. Their are a few wires that need to be plugged in and connected to ensure everything functions appropriately, so please review the instructions accordingly. I bought this as a gift for my mom who has arthritis and bad knee pains. She loved the chair almost as much, if not more, than I do. The fabric appears to be very high quality and the chair itself is extremely spacious and comfortable. The cushioning is very soft and plush, with padding everywhere. Specifically for my mother, the power lift feature is life changing, as she struggles with leg pain trying to get out of any other seat. The smooth ease with which the power lift helps in sitting and standing upright is a game changer for anyone with mobility issues or back/leg pain. The remote is super easy to use with only 4 buttons, and the chair adjusts seamlessly and quietly. This chair reclines completely flat at 180 degrees, perfect for napping or lounging. The foldable tray with cup holder and wireless phone charger is a great added benefit. It can be easily opened from seated position, and holds position very sturdy. Easy to fold away by pressing the 2 buttons and on the underside of the tray. The extended footrest and tall backrest are clutch and provide great support while resting in laying and seated positions. The electric recliner also includes an 8 point vibrating massager at the back, lumbar, thigh and legs, with lumbar heating function. There are a few modes of massage (pulse, pressure, wave, normal, and auto which cycles through each), and you can select any combination of the 8 massage points as well as adjust intensity from low to high. I like that it has a 15/30/60 minute timer so you don't have to worry about falling asleep with the massager and heat on. This isn't meant to be a full on therapeutic massage, but it is gentle and great for relaxation and reducing stress and body tension throughout the day or to end your night. I've seen my elderly mother and father use and love this chair. My pregnant wife finds it incredibly comfortable. My sister and sister-in-law can relax with their babies in their arms while resting on this awesome chair. Fantastic combination of functionality, design, and comfort. Great to use for reading, relaxing, sleeping, watching TV, even gaming. I highly recommend this chair for luxury, leisure, elderly family members, those with joint pains and mobility issues, or as part of any home decor. Very content with this purchase. I bought this for the 72" length. I'm 5 feet and 11 inches tall. A full five inches of my legs hang off the end at full recliner position. Only about three inches plus feet hang off the end when the chair is in full 'bed' mode, and my back arches high. My wife is 5 feet 0 inches, and her feet hang off the end at full recline. I assume they measured the uncut fabric length to calculate finished length? I assumed I could leave it unplugged most of the time because I don't care about massage or heat, but...it must be plugged in to recline. Without electricity, it's unmoveable. Don't put granny in it without a generator or a strong back. It's easy to raise the cupholder tray, but you have to squat and use both hands to close it. It's a total fail as a recliner. It does look nice, though. After living with it a few days: It's a very nice looking chair. The mechanism is silent and smooth, and the whole feel is solid. There's no spots of bare wood covered in cloth like LazyBoy and Lane recliners have; it's padded everywhere. Very comfortable in all positions. And if you do need help getting up, it stands you up silently and smoothly. If I were shorter, or had a footstool, it'd be our nicest chair. ... show more

Love the beautiful chair but the base is very very heavy. You need two able-bodied adults for the two big boxes the chair arrives in. Because of this, assembly is somewhat difficult, especially if stairs are involved. However, once put together, the chair is comfortable and sturdy. It looks and works just as described. The media could not be loaded. This recliner has been a fantastic addition to our bedroom, especially with our little boy just born. It provides a solid mix of support and comfort, ideal for rocking the baby to sleep (or me watching a movie lol). The wide, cushioned armrests are great for holding my little dude to sleep, mom's also thinks so. It also works perfectly as a movie-watching chair, being spacious, soft, and reclining smoothly. The tall backrest gives some good support for both resting and sitting upright. I'm kind of surprised but it lifts you upright as if standing tall. It was also pretty darn easy to put together. It’s the most dramatic things that the product arrived this afternoon separately, it’s my fault, my first time met such thing, and I received 2 boxes first, it’s so weight-light, opened and find missing parts, I was so upset and prepare to return. When I prepared to go outside and there was another box in my front door, wowwww that’s heavy, so i opened and install them quickly, the 3nd box was the base, it’s super heavy, but it’s very easy to install it , even don’t need any manual to help. The size is proper, I choose the dark brown leather, super comfortable, the remote control is useful when you sit on it. You have to read the manual carefully before you use the massage function because there’s lots of lines that need to be connected. And the massage is very gentle, it’s good for elderly, back support is strong. But maybe to young people it’s quite a little boring. Finally I got a product that really fit me and will give more suggestions after I use some time. ... show more

The recliner itself is of good quality but for my 6ft. body and my 235lb. size it wasn't for me! Wife said I looked like a giant when I was sitting or lying . Was also lacking an adjustable headrest, especially upon reclining while watching TV. Ease of assembly was great, and like I said customer service was above and beyond.
