I've had this for a couple months now and I'm really digging it. I'm nearing 50 and I wanted a way to get back into some light lifting without worrying about failing a rep and strangling myself. The boxes arrived kind of beat to hell but nothing inside was damaged. It took me about 4 hours to put it together myself. Everything lined up, all the holes were drilled correctly, no problems there. The instructions were sufficient and all the nuts and bolts were labeled which I'm always grateful for.     • Best value Smith and pulley machine in one out there.
First off, the machine was relatively easy to put together. I put it together by myself in about 2 hours. Instructions were straightforward from booklet and visually from YouTube video. All the parts were labeled and easily identified. After it was built, workouts have been easy to transition from smith machine to lat pulls to low rows to semi crossovers, where you can isolate one arm and focus on the movement with each arm. So far just started with workouts, but also easy to handle multiple people once workouts are completed for unloading and loading different weights for different needs. With up to 600lbs on Smith and 400lbs on pulley system, you won't need more weight, if you can get up to that much to begin with. Very solid machine so far for the entire family to use.     • Row and pulldown could be better angle
Brackets on pulldown and rows could be better made for angles. Corners need brackets to help stabilize it and could be 4 to 6 inches taller. But I'll make it work.
