This is a well made work out machine, i highly recommend this. It’s not too expensive and not to difficult to put together. Easy to put together and move around. Fits the garage. Sturdier than I thought, and has lots of quality attachments. Very impressed with all the accessories and safety features that come with it. Product arrived within a few days of ordering in separate well canvased boxes. Unit had instructions but if those are overwhelming, then just watch the video on the amazon link. I set it up myself within a few hours with no issues. Its a great size and pretty sturdy. It was missing a few bolts but i had some that fit with no problem. The product materials are incredibly cheap, and the metal is often bent and/or rusted on the pieces making it even harder to screw in (even when building with two people). The final build of the rack is still very wobbly, and the wire pulleys are NOT smooth. I have been using it for a week or two now and I went to go do Rows with the one pulley all the way to the ground and my feet on the leaning plate (which by the way can’t screw in all the way because the metal is bent wide). I was only rowing about 120lbs and the handles snapped off. The pre-constructed handle attatchment to the wire ripped through the plastic of the wire thread and came right off. It’s just overall such a cheap product it’s not worth it. Go spend $100 more somewhere else and actually be satisfied. There’s also no way to contact the seller so they know the garbage they are selling you is bad. Very sad. ... show more

This thing rocks!! Got my power rack a week or so ago. Assembly was time consuming but not too hard. My wife and I assembled it in about 3 hours. It seems to be really sturdy and the cable system pulls really smooth. I'm happy with my purchase and look forward to using it more. Their customer service was really helpful in replacing the pieces that got lost in shipping.
