    • Sturdy and classy!
Large couch (my first with a chaise lounger!) not difficult to put together and feels very sturdy. Chaise can be placed on left or right sides and instructions (pictures mostly) were pretty simple to figure out. It does have firm cushions, but I think it is quite comfortable and could definitely sleep on it without a problem. Took 1 week and 6 days to arrive, but well worth the wait. No damages to the couch apart from a little bit of the underside thin covering that was ripped and nobody will ever see that anyway. The couch is a nice dark grey and I'll be covering it with a couch cover eventually anyway since my cat sheds hair and this couch does seem to catch everything on the material (fuzzies, etc seem to like it!). Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and plan on keeping this couch for years to come. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It’s a really nice couch! A big one exactly as I wanted. But the fabric is not soft at all I ll use a cozy blanket to sit or lie down on it. Also the textile looks poor and I believe it won’t last long. Color is beautiful but be ready to see all the dirty on it. Came up with some scratches and stains on the front and back cushions which make it look like a used one. Very sad. I would appreciate if a seller make a partial refund. Ah and it’s really comfy. And big as I mentioned before. Easy to assemble it took 15 min for my husband. Update. Very very bad quality fabric. You can’t sit on it without something covering the sofa. The seller didn’t contact me back. Scratches and stains on the sofa and nobody gives a f…k. DO NOT BUY! ... show more

    • Nice firm solid couch - for 2 years only
Update: this couch lasted us about 3 years, but we should've ditched it around 2 years. There was enough general wear that the small metal hinges keeping the sectional together needed to be readjusted nearly every day. We were able to get stains out of it, but it stayed firm for only a few months. I struggle with chronic back pain and without a mountain of pillows behind me the couch would trigger the pain because of the lack of support. This is perfect for a college student, and you should not have the expectation to keep this for ten years. Bought the couch several months ago, have been very happy with how it's held up. Stains have been easy to remove, and it's been fairly sturdy with the wear and tear we have put it through. It's a good size, fills our living space well. The couch is on the firm side, so if you want a couch that has you melt into the cushions this may not be the one. Easy to assemble, easy to move around since the reclining side can be easily detached and moved. ... show more

So happy with my new couch! It was just as easy to buy a couch off of Amazon as it is a t-shirt. It arrived when they said it was going to and in perfect condition. The couch is really nice and looks just like the pictures advertised. If you are on the fence about his couch, buy it! It's a little more firm than my last couch, although still very comfortable. This couch is wonderful and the perfect size for an apartment. It came in 2 large boxes and assembly is required but only took about 30 minutes to set up. Couch was very firm for the first week but with use is becoming extremely comfortable. My only complaint is the fabric pulls up/gets caught very easily, for people with pets this means you will constantly be vacuuming pet hair and trimming loose threads from the couch. But still a great deal for the price, looks great , and is very comfortable. ... show more

Delivery Time: Enough. 10 or 12 days to arrive. Is not a quick delivery, but if you don't want to pay more for quicker delivery, you can wait for ten days. Quality: First, not it's dressed up with throw pillows, are mine. You can feel comfortable in this sofa. Made with polyester and foam in it's interior. Is a little big bigger than usual. For regular cleaning, you can vacuum loose dirt, it is not easy to clean, because the polyster attracts dirt. Packaging Assemble: It comes in two big boxes, heavy, but with one helper you can move them. Two much easy to assemble... your dog can assemble it for you :) Quality-Price Ralation: Good-Very good. You have a big sofa with big chaise lounge, normal polyster fabric, regular interior, but comfortable... too much... I was looking for a sofa in my city, and one like this always was for more than $900. ... show more

    • You get what you play for
For the price this is great. It's very firm but still comfortable. Requires 30-60min worth of assembly depending on how handy you are. I've only had it for about a week so I can't speak for its long term quality but initial thoughts are good. Update: been less than year, I lowered rating from 4 starts to 2. Overall it seems to be holding up ok except out of nowhere while just sitting on the lounger part something under the seat broke and now the cushion sinks in a bit more than it used to. Must have been some wooden support in the frame. It's not terrible or unusable but I very rarely even sit on this couch and something already broke. Had this gotten daily use like alot of couches do, this break would have probably been less than 3months after arrival. At the end of the day to get what you pay for. If you're like me and rarely use the couch but need it to fill a space and be there when company is over, it'll be fine. If you're trying to get a family couch for everyday use that'll have kids and animals jumping all over it then this might not be a good buy. ... show more

It does look great but that's about it. If you're looking for a piece that won't get much use, this is a good buy. For us, the couch became lumpy and springs poking out within a year. The seams came apart at many places. And the bottom cushions constantly slide out. I do not recommend to purchase for your main living room or family room couch, even at the low price, it is not worth it as a "disposable" couch because it is not comfortable. ... show more
