Super impressed by packaging, plant durability & quality

I was hesitant to purchase a live aquatic plant for my son’s red-eared slider via amazon (especially due to the sub-par ratings), and was pleasantly surprised to receive these well-packaged, definitely live, aquatic plants. Better than my expectations!

I was very skeptical about ordering my aquarium plants online, especially when they got delivered to the mailbox sometime during a very hot summer day. I thought they'd be cooked. This picture is after about 4 days in the tank. Absolutely perfect! No melt yet, roots look spectacular. I first put it i
n the substrate before going back over my research and found they do better attached to driftwood or decor. Still did okay for the 2 days it sat in pebbles. Goldfish also have left it completely alone. Would order again!

Very pleased. Plants arrived earlier than scheduled and in really good shape. After about a week in my aquarium they appear fine. Really enhances my tank. Compliment my existing plants.

I ordered two of these aquatic plants and when they arrived, both were in pretty bad shape. One looked dead and the other was coming apart out of the pot. I reached out to the company and they were very willing to send me two replacements and said not to worry about returning the originals...just try
and save them. The replacements were healthy and beautiful. I'm very please now with my purchase from this company and the customer service was wonderful. I will buy again from them.

Beautiful healthy plants!

They are nice they almost looked fake. Great packaging. Roots intact. No snails or egg sacks..no other unwanted hitchhikers either. Very pleased with the quality and I will be buying from this seller again!
