My cats didn't take to these as much as I had hoped. I thought since the balls made sound, were light and bat-around-able, and were teeth carry-able my cats would like them more than they did. In general I would give these balls a #3 rating (fine but not great.) However, these balls came with a seller/manufacturer's note that was VERY supportive of the customer. If our kitties don't like them for any reason -- even after they have tried and used the balls for a while -- it's okay to return. I really, really appreciate that. I won't be returning mine. Very grateful to the manufacturer for removing all risk, and am notching my review up a point to #4. Please just try these on your own, and see what your kitties think! ... show more

These are cute and silly. I’m always looking for toys for my easily bored tuxxie, and he is mildly excited by these, which is a lot for him. I’ve only pulled the tab on the frog so far. I cannot open the catnip hole, I think there is glue on the opening, but that’s not a huge deal for me, or him.

These little fuzzy balls are really cute with their googly eyes! I thought especially with the noises, my cat would love them. She couldn't hardly wait for me to remove the battery tab and put the catnip/ silvervine combo in them, she was trying to steal them from my lap! Finally found a toy that keeps our cat engaged! Small enough for him to pick up his toy with his mouth, loves laying on his back and tossing it. At first he wasn't sure what to make of the toy, I added the catnip and he was hooked. I like that the animal 'sound' isn't overly loud to the point of being annoying.
