These are amazing. If you are familiar with their products, you'll know what you are getting in software, presets, etc. Now the form factor is great, and super easy to use. The Bluetooth connection to the app is good and easy if you are familiar with Spark products. The headphones are not that heavy, less than the Apple pros, the sound quality is very good, and feel well built. Mind you this is practice tool, and great one at that. The four headphone preloaded presents are okay, but with a little tweaking in the app can be improve greatly. I found myself using this far more than my amps. My only concern is that the wireless transmitter feels somewhat "Fragile!", only time will tell. On the other hand battery life, has been impressive!!!! In a nutshell these are fun, and a great practice tool. No regrets!!!! ... show more

These meet or exceed all expectations. As a long time Positive Grid fan, they’ve earned my trust over the years by continually releasing cool, innovate, products that are easy to use and most importantly, work very well. When these got announced - I think I actually squealed. This was a product I never thought of wanting, but instantly knew I had a need for the moment I saw it. Alright, enough of that. How are they? For guitar: Incredible. They are so easy to get going, the app could not be better, and the wireless experience is genuinely magical. And the magic is really created by the lack of latency. You’d never know you weren’t plugged in. It’s easy to play guitar by itself, or mix in some music over Bluetooth to jam along. I’m gonna have so much fun with this thing. And also, playing with headphones is simply an experience I’ve never had. I’ve always used an amp. Always. And I never realized how much COOLER headphones make guitar sound! All the effects you apply just bounce around in your head without getting lost in the room. You have to try it to understand, so I highly recommend you do just that. For music: Also incredible. These are also market as just solid Bluetooth headphones. I was less interested in that feature but I figured if they sound good, that’s an added bonus. Well I’m pleased to say these sound PHENOMENAL. As a longtime audiophile I’ll give you my take without the jargon. These sound overall pleasant with obviously boosted bass - but not muddy. Are these flat studio headphones? No. But they’re incredibly clear, otherwise well balanced, and the boost in bass just makes them plain old fun. These will be my new go to “new album” listening headphones. So even though I bought them as a guitar amp, they actually serve two purposes making them an even better value. Overall: I can’t believe the price of these things. Don’t tell the marketing team, but I would have paid a solid $150 more for these without thinking twice. Get them before they catch on. You won’t regret it. Bonus facts: You can use them wired to play guitar. You cannot use the USB-C port for wired music listening. They are comfortable as all heck. This is one of my favorite purchases in a long time. So much fun, super comfortable to wear for extended periods, and the convenience of wireless. I already have the Spark Mini, which is great. Having access to so many tones and being able to play along with favorite songs all in one unit is fantastic. Now I have the same features in a wireless headphone. Positive grid has captured the sound of real electric guitars in these extremely comfortable headphones. If you own an electric guitar, you have to buy these headphones, you will not regret it. These are totally immersive. You can capture any tone you’ve ever heard!

Having the ability to just pick up plug in and play is nice. However, only really nice if you have active pick-ups and use high gain. Everything else is way to quiet. If you want to use it on a passive bass then you should pass on this. I've done everything I can to get this at a volume I can hear with any music and I've given up. There is very little delay and it sounds good, but even the overall volume of the headphones is half or what most headphones are. ... show more
