This water heater works like a mad man. That's the problem. The lowest I can get the water temp in February is 122 f. My family and I can not bathe in this shower. Its too painful. It was simple to install. Easy to operate but listen unless you live in an artic enviornment it just gets too hot.

Our house was hit by a tornado so we don't have electricity. We do have water so we were able to hook this up to our shower. No more cold showers and instant hot water. LOVE this. The only thing I would recommend is to change out the shower head otherwise it awesome the batteries last about a year in it if you use it daily you get about two and a half months off a 20 gallon tank

Everything works as it should. Water temp gets hot within seconds. The only thing is when the water stops flowing, the heat cuts off and will not light when the water starts flowing again. But other than that, it works great. More than happy with the purchase

I stalled to get hot water to the outdoor kitchen sink. It's pretty gross to put raw meat on the grill and have only cold water to wash hands. This water heater works perfect at providing hot water for hand washing and some dishes. It has only been 2 months, but working perfectly for now.
