Most of the suction cups dont stay stuck to the bottom of the pail, so when it starts to agitate, its hanging on by 3-4 suction cups and just spraying water all over. I tried drying out the pail and trying again a few hours later, with the same results. I also tried flipping the round suction cup bit around so the opposite side of suction cups was on the bucket - same result. I also tried to mount it on the side on the pail. The suction cups dont even stay in place long enough to plug it in. Not only do the majority of the suction cups not suction to the bottom of the pail, but the 2 larger suction cups that are meant to hold the cord in place dont stay suctioned for more than 2 seconds. I really like this thing. It’s not like you can do a whole bunch of laundry or even a large shirt but I wasn’t expecting that. I do love that I can wash some socks or do my dirty little dish towels in a bucket. We’re nomadic RV livers so it’s nice to be able to supplement some of our washing. Saves on laundromat costs and emergent need undies, socks, dish cloths and other light small items. ... show more

    • Worked ok initially but died after 3 uses
Really liked this while it worked. Was great for small or delicate items but I just tried to use it for the 4th time in a few months and it won't turn on. Don't waste your money if you want something that lasts beyond the return window!

Bought this to travel with but after one use the washer would no longer turn on.

    • Don't do it.
I used this less than 10 times before I started having issues. The spinner works for one short 15-20 second cycle before it is supposed to switch and spin the opposite direction. After that initial cycle, then it stops spinning even though the motor is still running.

    • Entanglements!!!
I bought this to wash small garments; socks, panties, & washcloths. However, items get tangled with the device causing it to detach from the bottom of the bucket splashing water all over, as it pops up above the water. Unfortunately, I didn't use it right away so I was not able to return.
