I got this for use to wash small loads of kitchen rags at home and to use when we go camping, if we need to watch incidentals or socks in an emergency. The unit is big enough to hold a just what is needed and has sufficient power to properly agitate and rinse them easily. I have tested with a my normal group of rags I wash, 6 small to medium hand towels I use regularly. Just a small amount of detergent and let it run for 10min. After I drained and filled with clean water for 3 min, and then did again for another 3 min. Towels were properly rinsed and clean, and I didn't have wait for a full washer load or run with too small of a load. I always have some doubt about this type of washing machine. I don't think it has enough power to clean the cloth. After trying it, I am amazed by it's cleaning ability. The machine can be put on counter, shower, any place is flat. Even your place is not flat, it has 3 legs which can be adjusted to make your machine flat. This is must have for people who doesn't have washing machine in your apartment. You don't need wash your underwear in the laundromat which a lot of people have some concerns.
