Very disappointing. This little washing machine arrived defective or broken (or just poorly made, altogether). The On/Off button didn't work, and there were no English instructions, so I tried many things to get it to work. I finally pushed just above the button and could sometimes get it to turn on, but it was hit and miss, and changing time settings also only worked now and then. So much effort to just get it on and running! When I did get it running, I put a couple small washcloths in it and thought it was going to tip over-- very unstable, and the cheap plastic was bulging where the 2 cloths were turning around inside. The spin basket threw water everywhere and the lid doesn't fit on tightly. I'm usually very "forgiving" and do my best to make a product work for me, to support small businesses, and so I don't have to go to the trouble to return it, but I just couldn't keep this. This will create a mess and the agitator is hard to put together it doesn't even stay together for me but I decided to keep the washer and will have to babysit it for small items.

I use this machine to wash my work gloves and hats. It gets then cleaner and more oil out of them better than me cleaning them in a bucker of soapy water . the sticker on the power button is not lined up rite so sometimes I have to feel around to get it to start. for the price it works great ..I gave it 4 starts because of the button you have to feel around it to get it started and the drain I wish had a valve you could open when ready to drain rather than taking the plug out and putting the hose on befor the water starts coming out.. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This machine doesn’t work as advertised. It collapses during operation; doesn’t stay erect. I had a 3 pair of size small panties in it during operation. The lid doesn’t stay in place. It flings the water everywhere. It doesn’t clean the clothing articles. And, when it is collapsed it is far too bulky to pack in a suitcase for travel. Bought to wash/rinse intimates. 2 pieces went in and water splashed out. I reduced the water level then wasnt room for 2 pieces to wash. ALL instructions and buttons are in foreign language.

    • Hard to put together
The media could not be loaded. Comes normal until you have to put together the drain basket and it's a pain in the but. Sat there for 40 minutes putting it together. Also the drain plug is very difficult to put in, overall good product washes clothes pretty nicely
