Does a good job cleaning but I think mine is defective. When I choose five or ten minutes it will wash for a few seconds and then stop. Other times it won't stop at all! I have to keep unplugging and re-plugging just to kind of reset it. Also, instructions were all in Chinese or something. Even the name. I still plan to keep it and make the most of it because it is very convenient for washing small items like underwear. I even washed my nightgown in it. I won't buy from this specific brand again, though. ... show more

Have had this over a year and still going strong despite me using it a few times a week for undies and socks. The instructions are in Japanese but the seller has a video for it on the Amazon description. I’m only giving it 4 stars because it tends to splash water outside of air as it’s spinning so I just wrap it with towels or clothes as it’s running. The spinner part really doesn’t shed any water out so I stopped using it and I just throw them in my portable dryer or just hang them to dry. It does get them clean. I only use a tablespoon of laundry soap and that does the job ... show more

This product isn't worth the money. Stop working after three washes. They say they will refund your money but don't hold your breath on it. I never received my money back and they make it impossible to reach someone about issues.
