Plain and simple, it does the job! Its easy to install, its a great size, dries quickly, and makes washing easy and quick. I love seperating my delivery clothes and washing them here, it has wrinkle resistance, and the noise level is low. (after 1 week of ownership) I was skeptical and didn't buy for several months. the washing machine/spinner is truly powerful and I appreciate the low wattage consumption! i was super lucky to discover that this washing/spinner machine fits perfectly in the shower of my motorhome and I can still use my shower! being said, I'm genuinely impressed with the size of the entire unit. More specifically, the washing machine and spinning machine are both small but exceptional for regular clothes washing. I'll use the washer every couple days, catching up on a month old pile of towels and clothes... But now that I'm all caught up in just a couple days, I can use the machine more regularly and not accumulate dirty towels and clothes. **I still wasn't sure after all the research, if I could wash normal size towels and how many at a time. I was also concerned about a normal size towel fitting in the spinner! ***Let this review ease your concerns! The washing machine fits 2 normal sized shower towels, and a couple of kitchen hand towels, etc. (I would recommend towels be washed seperate from clothes since they produce a ton of lint, well mine do) **Speaking of lint. I'm AMAZED by the simple technology of the filter in found in the washing machine. It literally fills up full of dog hair, lint, and debris that just impresses me. Seems to collect a whole pocket of lint each rinse/wash! Make sure the water level is around the same level as the articles of your load for an even spin distribution. I peek a few times to insure the water level is appropriate to the size of the load before leaving the washer alone. ***STILL impressed with how powerful both the washer and spinner is!*** **Let's brush up on the spinner. Throw sopping wet clothes or a towel or 2 into the spinner, press down/compress, apply the lid, and be amazed by how efficient and powerful it is! There's no water left to wring out! 87% dry!!! (If you don't use the lid, some articles may whip out of the spinner, creating uneven distribution. In some cases, the spinner will seemingly freak out and once or twice I thought the spinner broke by what noises and bonking-around came from it! then i would make a few adjustments like adding or removing some articles, insuring the lid is inside the spinner, and compressing the load to the bottom of the basket, all seemed to prove effective.) i'm convined that "gentle" mode is actually "more vigorous and powerful" mode haha. so technically there's a "normal" mode and a "gitter washed" mode lol. I'm a sensitive consumer and a lot of things I buy online I have to return because I'm usually not impressed with the qualities or just don't really need it... This really goes for all categories!. However, finally, this washing/drying machine is mine for the keep and I'm absolutely adoring it! So compact but so powerful!!! HAS TRULY IMPROVED THE QUALITY OF MY LIFE!     • Flimsy, doesn't fit faucet, too tiny to wash much. Overpriced.
*Update: Contacted Amazon, who contacted the Chinese company, who gave me a full refund without shipping the item back bc it would have exceeded the value of the item to pay to ship it. That part was actually not that much of a hassle. So there's that. I bought this in a pinch bc we couldn't afford the full house sized washing machines even used. I also did a full l revi ew on my YT c h a nnel Beggs n Achin'. My clothes that needed washing had been used to mop up water from the leaking, old, deceased washer, and were now starting to mold. Washing in the bathtub wasn't cutting it. It came, it is entirely all plastic parts that will break and be very flimsy. The biggest part is that I paid like 115 for it and the very next day it dropped in price to like 90. Also, I began seeing this same unit on FB for 25. It's very cheaply made. Also, my biggest complaint- you can't just set it and forget it. You have to stand there and watch it while it fills up, there is no setting for a certain water level or anything. Then you can set the timer for wash and walk away, finally. Then you have to stand there while it drains, and then stand there while it fills again. Then you do this for 3 or 4 rinse cycles after the soap wash. If a pump is still running when no more water is in the tub, it can ruin the pump, so you just can't set the drain and go do something else. You have to stay there and watch it. Then, if it will fit anything more than a pair of underwear or two, you put it in the spinner and set that timer. But you have to make sure it's balanced bc it's finicky and makes bad noises at the slightest unbalance. The hoses to drain and fill are very finicky, and I don't think they will hold up to standard water pressures. Ours is low bc we live in the country. We had to modify the hose to fit the faucet by adding a fitting from a garden hose repair kit. I dunno if European faucets are different, but it would not fit U.S. kitchen, bathroom, or laundry hookup faucets. The screw down fitting it came with was weak and flimsy, so we had to use our own. I put in at one time, a few t shirts and socks, or a pair of my husband's heavy duty Carhartt type pants, and at one point his big Carhartt jacket (heavy canvas). The big things never really did get all the way clean and they sure wouldn't fit in the spinner. In fact, the spinner will take about half what the wash tub will hold. I did do a queen sized fitted sheet just fine, along with some socks. This thing is overpriced and it uses EVERY bit as much water as a big machine, unlike claims on the ad. And it eats up time in my busy day when I have to stand there and watch it fill and drain. I knew it would be small, but I expected it to be automated. I sought a return and couldn't get a definitive answer as to whether I would be paying shipping to return it (thus exceeding the value of the cheap, flimsy machine), and I got w customer service and it looks like that I would, in fact, be paying shipping bc it is a third party vendor. I might add that the instructions are in very flawed English (came from China) and very hard to understand. So I am seeking at least a partial, very deep discount to reflect the actual value of this item, not the overpriced sham that it is. We will see if that happens and then I will come back and edit my review. ... show more
