I changed my review from four to five stars. I love this thing! It’s so easy to use. I just attach to my bathroom faucet, put the drain tube into the tub and the water situation is covered. We purchased a more substantial and longer drain tube. This will handle a twin bedsheet set. Flat, bottom sheet and pillow case. You have to get the clothes just right in the spin dryer but once you do it works amazing. Until you get it right, it will rock and clank and make very loud noises. This is great for grammas who are done with stairs to the washer, campers and RVers. Myself, I wouldn’t use in a second floor apartment. People below you will know every time you do wash. It’s worked perfect for a couple months now. But two seniors only so not a great demand on it either ... show more

*update - 5 star customer service , offered me a full refund shortly after contacting them (and they did not ask me to change / delete my review), so very very impressed with that. Also found a workaround - bought a submersible pond pump & just drop it in the washer, drains it real quick. I still have to turn the entire washer upside down to get the water out of all the tubes below the wash tub, but it’s not a big deal. All in all still pretty happy , washer cleans clothes suprisingly well. Gotta say this thing was awesome at first, surpassed my expectations. Worked flawlessly, cleaned/dried really well. But suddenly after like the 10th wash it stopped draining. The drain pump runs but no water leaves the unit. Note that the little lint baggie in the wash chamber is basically empty at this point. Ok whatever Im pretty handy so went to youtube & found someone with the same issue (different brand but same basic design), who simply bought a plastic drain snake (like a barbed ziptie) and shoved it down the drain & pulled out a load of lint, and voila their machine drained again. So I thought this is probably whats going on here, seeing as the drain motor still runs. First thing I noticed was that while the youtubers unit had the drain in plain sight, mine did not. You have to unscrew the agitator & the drain is underneath (with a plastic cover over it). Nbd I was able to find it so its a simple matter of snaking right? Bought some snakes like the youtuber had, turned the dial on the washer to "drain" (its unplugged of course) which lifts up a valve that lets the water escape. The thing is that there are too many twists and turns for the snake to reach where it has to. Alright whatever, ill just remove the backplate (where you wrap the power cord around), remove the flexible hoses and access the drain valve/other components from that side, right? Well, what do I find once I get there - every single connection is GLUED together. Instead of using hose clamps like normal water connections, these are completely unremovable/unserviceable. Lint build up is such a common issue with washing machines of all sizes that youd think there would be a quick & convenient way to deal with it, but noooo besides being a pain to access , once you get to everything you find there is nothing you can do! It really sucks to have to turn the unit upside down to drain the water, and not all of it gets out so it starts to smell a little funky after it sits a little. Its a terrible shame because the thing still works! Its just got a little lint plug somewhere! This is a terrible design flaw, and it seems like an inevitability that it will happen. I want to recommend this unit but I cant. Hopefully the company will support this unit, stand by their product and help me out because this thing shouldnt fail after 3 months of ownership. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I didn’t understand this machine at first, so let me explain. 1. If you do not have a water line, this machine will not automatically fill the washer bin. You need to turn on the tap and wait for it to fill (there is an intake hose included). I usually fill it will warm water and soap for a wash cycle. 2. Each 15 minute cycle will only wash your laundry, it does not automatically drain. You will need to turn the knob to drain and wait for the tub to empty, then I fill with cold water and no soap for a 15 minute rinse cycle. 3. The spinner can be VERY noisy when off balanced. If you balance it correctly it will make a moderate-low centrifuge noise. This is able to 90% dry my clothes, which I then set to hang dry on my shower curtain rod. This may seem inconvenient but once they’re dry, my shirts are already on hangers and it saves me having to sort and hang them. 4. This washer can wash a medium armful of clothes, you will want to only fill the washer bin about 2/3 full with clothes so that it can spin and wash them properly. The water level should cover the clothes completely. I usually throw in my outfits for the day and it makes a complete load (1 pair scrubs, 1 set of clothes, PJs, and a sweater usually. I’m a size small in women’s). 5. This is very light weight. I have my washer located usually where it is in pictures attached, but I can easily move it into my tub and close the curtain when guests are over. 6. When this drains it will expel lint and cover your tub/sink in lint, not to mention it will go down your drain and clog it. This is very easily fixable with an old or mismatched sock (no holes) over the end of the drain tube. I secured my lint sock with the included fastener. I was able to attach my water intake hose to the shower head hose I have, and I simply only need to swap the shower head/hose which takes like 10 seconds literally when I want to shower, so hardly inconvenient. The typical size for a faucet is 1/2” in America, so I got a little converter (the blue thing on top of my toilet). I honestly highly recommend connecting this to an extendable shower head, or purchase a hose extender. If you have a secured shower head, then purchase an extendable shower head and swap them out (5 minute project). It is literally SO easy. 4/5 stars due to fact that hoses are cheaply made, and a 1/2” male end screwable part would make sense and be more secure on the intake hose. Overall I HATED this thing when it first arrived and I didn’t understand it or have a place for it, but now that I do it works great! ... show more
