I honestly expected to return this mini washer ..... however ... to my pleasant surprise ... it works well !!!!! I had a towel that I love ( don't we all have something we can't get rid of ) that had a stubborn makeup stain that would not wash off by hand. This little washer did the trick ... towel was like brand new again. The one think that I did learn was this: DO NOT overload the machine. the agitator needs to have plenty of room to move back and forth. For the 3 or 5 minutes that it takes to wash an item or 2, doing a full load one by one would not be a chore. I live in a darling but tiny studio and have had NO washer/dryer. Have been washing everything by hand for almost 9 years. This mini washer is a breath of fresh air for me. Hope it lasts ... most happy with my purchase ... show more

Lest start with the pros.....the mini washer is compact and assessable gets your clothes really clean do not use a lot of detergent very small amounts will do the job it was also delivered on time. Now for the cons 1. Don't expect a spin basket it didn't come with one had I paid close attention when ordering I would not have order this, now I have to wring everything by hands which bothers my hand and wrist.2. the water ho's that comes with the machine is a joke it will not fit my faucet to run water so I have to hand fill it are use my faucet sprayer not to bad but could be better.3. when I open the box to examine the machine the lid on top in the inside had scratches around it and some kind of flim not sure what it is but for a brand new product not happy about this. 4 . But for the price you get what you pay for . ... show more

I liked the concept of this, thinking it would be a practical and convenient way to do small loads of laundry, such as lingerie or delicates. After using it though, I think it may agitate to much for some delicates. This washer doesn't have any settings other than on/off and 3 washing time cycles. I wasn't sure how to efficiently use this, the directions are rather vague. So guess what!--You Tube has lots of videos for this apparently popular mini washer. I'm a little bummed mine didn't come with a spinner basket. You really have to have some kind of spin rinse cycle. The washer I have though is larger--11litre big tub. It will hold 3 tops or a pair of pants. This washer also has the blue light bateriostasis, which helps eliminate bacteria and odors. Its a nice big silicone tub, that folds away for convenient storage. There's a drain spout on one side, a power connector on another side, and a digital control panel on the opposite side, My digital panel seemed a little glitchy. When I turned it on both 10 min and 5 min cycles came on. I think the programming could use a little more work, and maybe include a spin cycle, and also include a spinner basket. Then, I couldn't figure out what the little hose was for?--but, I do think a faucet fitting hose would have come in handy for filling the washer. Other than missing the needed rinse cycle options, and glitchy control panel, I really like this looks good washer. You don't even have to use the power options,--it works great just as a good old fashioned laundry tub! ... show more

I really wanted to like this mini washer. It's so handy and lightweight. I, specifically, wanted it for my small wristbands and headbands which are used during facial self-care routines, as well as my bedtime head scarf since I like to wash these more frequently than the regular laundry. But, alas, I must've received a defective item. I set it up according to the instructions, dropped in my items, and added my soap and water. Unfortunately, the water just drains right out as I'm pouring it in. Somewhat frustrating because I'm not sure what else to do and I don't want to bother with shipping it back. This thing is hilarious because it really works! I didn’t think it would because it kind of looks cheap, it’s just a silicon container with a drain plug and a hose but it really does work. I put my husband’s underwear in it after he had been working in the hot sun all day, peeeee-uuu! The instructions do not say how much water to put in nor does it say how much soap to put in, so one would just use their discretion. Basically, we just set it and forget it. We put it next to the kitchen sink and after 10 minutes we did not hear a “ding”, it just completes the cycle and stops. It swishes clockwise and counterclockwise with periodic rests in between. I’m not exactly sure how the hose works, when you unplug the drain do you have to hurry and attach the hose or…? But we just let it drain into the sink, rinsed out the underwear under the kitchen faucet and let it dry! Smell as sweet as fresh Tide lol. I won’t say that it gets out hard stains, but if you have delicates or underwear or small clothes that just need a quick wash to refresh it, this item is perfect. ... show more
