Okay so I was not aware that this was shipped via 3rd party. It was shipped by FedEx. The people who sent the machine isn’t at fault, it’s the people who were delivering it!!!! I AM MAD IM UPSET!!!!! I was really looking forward to my washing machine. I was set to return it but the company messaged me right away! Their response time was awesome. They asked me to try out the machine to see if it still functioned & it did. It looks like maybe a forklift struck the box, it punctured just the outside of the washer. It didn’t quite get into the computer part where the buttons are.. After testing it out, it does work. It really is just cosmetic. It’s a really nice looking washer so that kinda bums me out that it’s broken BUT I’m grateful it functions. I did have to get an attachment for the water hose it comes with. That hose didn’t fit any of my faucets. Washer works 100%. It’s not too heavy, it weighs about 40 lbs all together. It can fit up to 17.5 lbs of clothes IN IT. I love the handles on it! That was such a delight to see LOL you guys really thought this out! It’s very comfortable & easy to pick up & move around. Customer service was awesome! The washer is awesome! I love it. I’m definitely recommending this to my friends & family! ... show more

I bought this washing machine in December 2022 for my studio apartment and I'm so happy with it. It's quiet, I can wash all my clothes, bedding, and towels with no problems. I did have to reach out to the manufacturer because the drainage hose had a cracked in it due to a defect. But they didn't hesitate to send me a brand new one that works perfectly with no issues. I've moved since I bought this, but I still use it at my new place. 10/10 ... show more

    • Great for small living spaces!
I have had this for 7 months now. It took me a bit of time to figure it all out, but it has all been worth it. I want to first say, that the Laundry Detergent Sheets are the best thing to use for it. I did not trust the pods. I did use Laundry Powder Detergent (as suggested) but it started to leave powder detergent on the clothes. One thing to know about this is that the faucet hooks onto a certain type of part of the faucet. That took me forever to figure out, read the info that others have left for how to do it because I am not a plumber, and I think by the grace of a Laundry Angel I was able to figure it out one day. Lol. Next, if you have to move it, do it in a Gentle manner. I picked it up and plopped it down one time and it shook something loose and I could not get it to work. I was ready to throw it away, but my friend came over and said "oh this hose is loose," or something like that and he got it to work. Also if you are draining it into the sink you might want to stand next to it the first time to make sure the hose does not pop out of the sink and give your kitchen a bath. I walked away one day and it popped out of the sink and provided me with clean mopping water for the floors! Needless to say I started out hating this thing and now I love it!! I could not live without it at my apartment complex because there are never any clean washing machines and the dryers never work. This is a very good solution. I also got the ventless portable dryer, and that is awesome! I'll review that next. ... show more

    • Great washer!!!!!! Much bigger than anticipated!
UPDATE: Well it is almost 2025 (Nov. 2024) I wrote my original review in 2022 and washer is still going strong! I've had absolutely no issues and feel this is one of the best purchases I have ever made...love this machine and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: This washer is super quiet and really cleans ur clothes excellent! So far I have 0 complaints of this washer. It holds much more than I anticipated-I can put about 7 work shirts (some long sleeve, some short) which are a polyester/cotton blend and they come out beautifully! Very important not to overload but that's the beauty of having a washer in ur home - u can do many smaller loads without it being an issue for time. This washer is also great as it has the spin cycle which really takes almost all of the water out and ur clothes are barely wet when cycle is done! Other washers have a seperate (second step) spin/drying cycle area-which u have to use after ur wash cycle. It is very small so u have to wash ur clothes then take out only half of the load and put into spin dryer - wait for that to finish - then put the remainder of ur clothes into the spin dryer and wait for that finish and then ur done-NO...doesn't sound like a good plan to me. This one is...just place in washer...let it do its thing...take out clothes which are all almost dry and ur done!!!!! Cannot be any happier with this machine. Highly recommend purchasing if u have limited space and hate going to the laundrymat (as I do!!!!!) This really is a great model!!!!! ... show more

    • Not working!
I love the idea of washing my clothes in the apartment and this is so compact I was really excited. Ok so I get the washer and wow cannot hook it up to my sink. I have been to several stores and finally I ordered a coupling from Amazon, so another $20 spent to make this work. Now I am ready to finally start cleaning, well water is running from the connectors. So I decide to pour water into the washer just to see it work and nope, wash settings will not turn it on. I can drain with it but I cannot wash with it and I do not know who to contact on this. Hopefully the company will see my review and contact me to help me out. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This little compact washer can handle a lot! I was introduced to this washer when I moved in with my roommate. I loved it so much I bought the same exact one when I moved out. Easy to set up and fits perfectly in my bathroom with my compact dryer. Unfortunately my sink isn’t compatible with it so I have to roll it (on a dolly I purchased) into my kitchen, but it’s easy to manage considering how light weight it is.
