I recently tried the portable sauna, and I have to say, I’m impressed with how much it delivers for the price. First off, setting it up was pretty easy. The instructions were simple, and the tent itself is lightweight but feels durable enough to last. One of the things I really appreciate is how compact it is when folded up. It doesn't take up too much room and stores easily when not in use, which is a big plus if you're like me and live in a smaller space. The steamer is powerful, and it only took about 15-20 minutes to heat up the entire tent to a comfortable temperature. There are 15 adjustable heat levels, which is perfect because I can adjust it depending on how much heat I can handle that day. I love that I can start at a lower level and gradually increase the heat. The 1200W steamer provides plenty of steam, and the mist fills up the tent nicely, providing that soothing sauna experience. I also noticed that the steam doesn’t get too hot on the outside, so I didn’t feel like it was going to burn me or get too uncomfortable. The tent itself is roomy enough to sit comfortably in, and the foldable chair included is a nice touch. It’s easy to adjust the height to suit your preferences, and it’s surprisingly sturdy. My first few uses were just to relax, but I’ve found that it helps with muscle soreness and even improves my skin after each session. The heat really gets into your muscles, and I can feel a deep sense of relaxation afterwards. I’ve been using it after workouts, and the relief is noticeable. The steam is also great for clearing up my sinuses, especially during allergy season, so that’s a bonus I didn’t expect. Another thing worth mentioning is the temperature control on the steamer. It provides a home sauna experience without the need for expensive renovations or large, bulky equipment.     • Convenient and affordable, not "portable"
This is a great way to get a sauna experience in your own home at a fraction of the cost of one of those large wooden sauna booths. It really does work surprisingly well as long at you set your expectations appropriately. It's definitely smaller than they make it look, but it's not a big deal once your seated, and it makes it easier to heat up a smaller, shorter booth. It is definitely easy to put together and take down, making it easy to relocate as needed, but it's definitely not super convenient if you think you're going to pull it out and put it away between uses. One thing you also need to be aware of is that all the steam has to go somewhere this will definitely increase the humidity in your house. I have found it best to use out in my garage. I'd recommend just keeping it up in the corner of your garage if you can. Overall would recommend. ... show more

    • It's a Behemoth!
I didn't realize this was going to be as big as it is. It's very tall, and I think for these sauna tents, shorter is better in my opinion. The seat is nearly on the floor (holds me well and I'm a big guy), and most of the steam travels to the top. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes for the sauna experience to begin, and even then, it's not like the picture shows. After 25 minutes, it's steaming fine, but it's not filling the entire tent. Again, this is why I think the tent is too tall. It's roomy inside, which is good. Most of these tents come with the same brand of steamer (or the like), so when comparison shopping, it boils down to shape and size of the tent. This is a pain in the neck to setup and take down. It would have been nice if it came with a bag to hold the rods. It's a pain because it's so big and can't be stored full size, so it had to be taken down. The rods get stuck in the connectors and sometimes takes brut force to remove them. The whole process takes me about 10 minutes to set up (the corners get fussy) and less to take down. I leave the tent up to dry first. Right now, this is on sale for $119 which is a lot better than the original price. The material is decently made, the zipper sticks a whole lot, and there's no off gas. If I saw this in real life before getting it, I probably would have passed it up for something shorter and a bit more compact. ... show more
