We were looking for another hot tub since our inflatable hot tube was leaking air and not holding its shape. This one is square in its design which for us gives my husband and I little more leg room. The jets are soothing and at the corners of the hot tub are little padded seats. The heating unit is built into the tub which is nice because it doesn’t take up an extra room outside the tub. However, if the tub cover is on, you cannot directly see the screen for the heating unit unless you pick up the cover. Otherwise, we are happy with the purchase. We like the size and style of the inflatable hot tub, but a few things we did not like. 1 you will have to purchase some extra items like a floating top. The reason is the top they give you is cheap, very thin, no insulation, does not hold heat, and does not hold up without a insulation floating inflatable top under it. They should sell this with a floating top so the cheap cover they give you does not sink and keeps heat in. The 2nd thing is it says and shows a pic in the items it included a mat that looked like it was a large mat that goes under the hot tub for surface protection. That's is not the case. You get a very small oval bath mat that does serve any purpose. We are also having to purchase mat pads to go under the hot tub so the bottom is protected. The description was really off. It is easy to setup and get ready fast, but I wish we would have be aware by the amazon description and pics that we needed to purchase other items to setup the hot tub. So get ready to add about another $100.00 to your cost for this purchase for setup needs. ... show more

The cover sucks. You have to put some kind of float between it and the water to keep it up. Also there was no mention of not putting it in sunlight before purchase, but it does say that is small print in the instructions. Really! how many people have indoor places for their hot tub?

IF you are doing research on an inflatable hot tub, BUY THIS ONE! I bought it for my husband a couple of weeks ago who has aching muscles and joints. We didn’t want to spend a bunch of money on one because we don’t know if we are going to be at our current house for very long so I took a chance on this hot tub and it works perfectly! The bubbles are surprisingly strong and the seats are surprisingly comfortable! Comes with a great cover and heats up nicely (104) …It took about 20 hours to heat up but it’s pretty hot outside right now. Probably would take longer if it were colder outside. It actually feels more comfortable than a lot of the expensive hot tubs that we have tried out! Super high quality! Get it now if you are on the fence! ... show more

This has been the biggest waste of money we could have spent… Started off good, but slowly went downhill fast. First it wouldn’t stay warm in the winter, so we emailed the company and they sent us a thermal cover, which helped. Then it got two holes in the seams and wouldn’t hold air, emailed again and said it was just out of warranty, but could send us a new shell for $100. Got the new shel and absolutely nothing lined up where it was supposed to and was completely shifted everywhere. This caused it to continually leak water and become non-functional. This is a great product for watching the Summer night skies. Couple things. 1.) We couldn't find the inflation valve. It was loose in the box and was folded up in the tub itself. 2.) It's only a 1500 watt heater, so it takes some time heating up. 3.) The filters are just awkwardly located. I understand the necessity, but there ought to be a way to have them recessed so you don't kick them off and risk damage to the tub. ... show more
