The media could not be loaded. It makes it look like it has a lot of heated area but it doesn’t. I love that it has pockets, buttons and the arm holes. Or you can use it as a blanket. It’s really soft too. Plus the different heat levels. I just wish it had more coverage. I must say though customer service has been great! ... show more

It's soft and thick and has zippers for where you can put your arms through, otherwise it can just be a blanket. I knew it didn't come with a power bank or battery pack but we had two. Unfortunately the ones we have are USB c, USB, and some other kind; not DC port so we'll have to buy one but all in all, I'm looking forward to using it at outdoor games when it's chilly or just inside. ... show more
