So I just received my washer today. My first impressions were that it was lighter than I expected which was nice(I had to carry it up 3 flights of stairs). However, when I opened the box the machine was wet and kind of has a mildew smell. Maybe they tested the product before shipment? Either way, I’m still very excited to use it and I will update my review soon. -Updated Review- Overall, I can tell this product is cheaply made, however I understood that risk when comparing other models. The bottom cover doesn't fit with the screw holes, but it performs okay without it. In terms of cleaning my clothes it works well if you don't over stuff. My rating has gone up a star just because it's been efficient and useful. ... show more

I’m not as happy as i should be about my purchase. It doesn’t spin very well or wash very well. The agitator seems to be lacking and lagging. It was a used machine and I knew this one I bought it, but they still should have fixed it properly. Amazon seems to be lacking in their integrity with their products. We bought this machine to put in our RV. When it arrived (days late) and we took it out of the shipping box, dirty water started coming out of the drain hose-photo attached. After closer inspection we found other evidence that it wasn't just a used machine, but a VERY used machine with rust stains in several areas. We're kind of caught between a rock and a hard place because we're heading out for a couple weeks and don't have time to return this unit and order another.
