I got this for my eight-year-old son, who has recently expressed an interest in engineering. I honestly did not expect the projects to hold up, but they did and are awesome. My favorite part about these is that the material is super strong. When you have little hands, screwing in tiny screws can be challenging. My son was able to do this without breaking the pieces. This kit is awesome. What a great way to inspire kids and cultivate their curiosity about STEM! I love that each activity appeals to their age but also teaches them the beginnings of bigger concepts. They'll get a lot of satisfaction from completing the kits largely on their own, plus they can make it their own through customization.
