As a parent of 2, finding things to keep your kid occupied (even for a few minutes) helps with day to day life. On a trip to the local store, I saw this toy and started playing with it. I could instantly tell our daughter was going to love it. After reading the rules, I realized a couple things - you press the buttons when they light up, but you have to make sure the light turns off to count your button push. If you don't, it claims you lost and you have to restart. Also, the top row of buttons are the different modes, while the bottom row of buttons adjust the volume. This can be adjusted only in the main menu, and not while in a game mode. Overall, it's super fun, and seems to be decently durable with my kid dropping it, stepping on it, and doing what kids do with it. I'd recommend. ... show more

I originally got this for my toddler for a long travel day in the car, but my husband quickly claimed this as his own, he loves it! It’s pretty simple, read the instructions to understand the different game options and you’ll catch on quickly. My toddler likes it for the noises and lights. Great quality so far, we’ve only had it for a month or so but it’s gotten A LOT of use in that time from many family members. Got it for the kids for Christmas and it’s so fun and addicting that I even grab it and play it. Most of the stores were sold out of these before Christmas and they still had it, and it was actually about the same price as the stores

Some times the buttons pop in but the light doesn't go off so you have to pop it twice or you fail the level

I purchased two of these one for my daughter, and one for my nephew. It's hard to understand it first but once you understand how to pick the game, it's easy, the buttons do not activate unless you press all the way down and push the light on the inside, which makes it a little bit harder to do the game very fast as shown in videos. ... show more

    • Fun but frustrating to figure out
Got this for my kids ages 6 and 8. At first they were very frustrated that they kept losing even though they pressed the correct buttons, till we came to the Amazon reviews and saw that you have to press hard till the light turns off or else it won’t register that you pressed it. Once they figured that out, they quickly got into the game and it keeps them entertained for a long time. Their other complaint is that “it doesn’t talk” - I guess some of the other models out there will speak to you and tell you what level or mode you are on. This one just lights up in certain patterns which you have to refer to the instruction sheet to decode. ... show more
